RECORDING 3: THE FIRST TRIAL

The worst has happened... and now you're all here, in the living room where you first met Todd. As all of you enter, the Vessel is there - glowering at all of you, still missing the arm Dazai shorn from him with his touch.
On one of the tables away from the center is a small enclosed box entitled 'VOTES', with slips of paper nearby and a pen. It's sufficiently away from what will be the 'main' action, but not enough to really give anyone complete privacy as they vote.
Once everyone is inside, the doors automatically shut and lock themselves, leaving you trapped in here with the Vessel...and each other.
One of you is a murderer...however, in this game, the guilty do not need to be voted out. As long as there are enough people voted out that matches the victims...then it will be accepted.
...But, can you really let someone get away with murder...?
The choice...is up to you.
PEOPLE TO VOTE OUT: 1
WEEK 1 VOTING

GROUND RULES + NEW RULE + ANY QUESTIONS
Okay. First off, we've got a goddamn new rule because someone thought it'd be a fucking good idea to try and hide their evidence in a place it shouldn't be hidden!
[He slaps down a two very oily, soggy looking gloves and a piece of oily, waterlogged cloth.]
I can't fucking believe I have to say this, but I guess I do!
Don't try to flush down your goddamn evidence in the toilets! Don't put anything in the toilets that isn't supposed to be there! Jesus Christ...
[Once he manages to settle down, he sighs loudly.]
Ugh...alright. See the box over there? That's your voting station. After you've figured out who you're going to vote, vote there.
I'll give you a refresher, because I know your stupid asses have already forgotten the rules.
- Everyone living gets one vote. Whoever gets the most votes at the trial will be executed.
- The number of victims and 'those voted out' must be equal. If two people are murdered, two people must be executed. The two people with the most votes in that situation would be executed.
- Deaths during trials do not count for 'execution'. Someone must still be voted out and executed.
- You cannot vote for the dead, even if they were the original killer.
Got it? I've also got to clarify some stuff.
- You don't have to vote out the killer. If all of you want, you could just vote someone out who pisses you off the wrong way. 'S your choice.
- You still have to at least figure out who did it, though. At least make it entertaining for us to watch.
- You have to vote, or die. Not voting means that you're okay with being killed alongside whoever else is going to die.
Finally, you have six hours to figure out what you're doing and vote. That's all you should really need.
If you've got any other questions, or anything else for me to clarify, just say it.

Servant Room Evidence!
The rug was gone was the first thing we noticed when we came in. Secondly, There is a sizeable dent on the floor from something heavy landing on it and Clear signs of something being dragged out using the rug as the means and the drag marks lead to the tool room.
Am I missing anything Miss Yuri?

Body Discovery Account
robo autopsy
I'll agree that it looked the culprit may have been attempting to imitate his... projects. [ a nod toward Sho... ] The body had been altered and positioned into some sort of scorpion-like shape, but it was done so very haphazardly, with things just glued on.
Her chest had been opened up, and while they left what appears to be her core -- the power source and processing unit -- there did appear to be an empty space inside where something else was missing, though it wasn't exactly clear what.
[ REALLY REGRETTING THAT HE DIDN'T ASK TO EXAMINE HER SOONER NOW!!! ]
There were also broken pieces from an old radio in the chest cavity -- a radio that had been brought into the tool room, I mean, not something that had actually been a part of her.
Interestingly, though everything was a mangled mess on the outside, what was done to the inside seemed more deliberate, like someone who may have been more familiar with what they were looking for was pretending not to be.
And yes, I know that sounds like it's pointing to me.

[She puts down a piece of paper with a... attempt... at copying it. She's not really much of an artist, so the main thing noticeable is that there's a skull in the middle and some lines that someone more modern might recognize as graffiti-like. Maybe. Hopefully.
It seems she's copied it down in quarters, so there's some blank space between each wedge.]
I didn't want to make a perfect copy, so I broke it up on the paper. Going near it... It makes you feel negative emotions.

Ballroom pt 2 + Olympia's Head
[ A breath. ]
In the corner of the room was a pile of assorted debris, it wasn't overly large and held two objects of note. The first was a screwdriver which had grease on the handle and blood on the tip.
The second was what appeared to be an ordinary lamp with a lampshade and purple braided cord. However, when I picked up the lamp to inspect it further...I discovered Olympia's head. Her eyes were open, and there was oil on the lower half of her face.
I've brought both discoveries with me [ Pointing out to the makeshift rucksack he made out of his bedsheets. ] if anyone wants to look at them further. I'm not familiar with androids, so I was only able to glean surface details from Olympia. Most notably it seems her head was detached rather than removed in some other fashion.

He looks torn about something, but he isn't speaking up about it quite yet. So instead of addressing what's on his mind, he goes with something else:]
Was anybody missing from their rooms last night? We can't implicate someone based on that, but if anyone has a solid alibi for the whole night then we can at least discount them, yes?
no subject
I'm pretty sure my roommates would have carried me back to the room if I didn't go myself.

Bandage Check Part 2, Electric Boogaloo
Ya~! Thank you all for being so cooperative with that little venture! It seems everyone's currently in one piece--how fortunate!
However, not one person pointed out the flaw in this exercise. It's human nature to cooperate with something without question at times, and I was hoping this would be the case because it means the guilty party is someone who knows the flaw but still went along with it.
King Gilgamesh came the closest to guessing the purpose of this exercise, so props to him.
The only people who would have been eliminated as suspects by this are myself and Battler. This is because the use of healing magic do not work on us. And Jack-san can surely attest to his own science blend of healing is still fully stocked.
This clearly means that whoever killed Olympia-chan has healed themselves. Which means they either have an accomplice or have the capability themselves.
In short, we are looking for someone with signs of bloodloss.
Can ladies and gentlemen speak up if someone fits this description?

Timeline Speculation
So, um... this might be a dumb question, but what about the culprit's clothes? There was... a-a lot of oil, in the Tool Shed, and that's where Sho says he left the gloves after he used them on Wednesday. But the culprit only got rid of the gloves, and this cloth for some reason.
Did they... not have to get rid of their clothes? Were they able to stay clean, aside from their hands, somehow?

HOSTAGE SITUATION
But now, Minamimoto is standing in the middle of the group, holding an explosive device he stole from a dead robot, and using Battler as leverage. He had been laughing maniacally, but it fades to a scowl]
You know, we shouldn’t even be having this “trial”. That machine doesn’t even have a soul. You can’t kill something that was never alive!

EXECUTION: GURNEY'S CYLINDRICAL CHARGE EQUATION
Well, you've been voted out. Not that it's any kind of surprise, right? You were stupid enough to kill so sloppily, so of course they'd figure out who you were.
[Sho opens his mouth to say something, but -]
No, shut up.
[Those same hands of miasma clamp his mouth shut, holding it closed.
Todd moves Sho out of the way, as he faces everyone else - and they'll notice bits of his skin are starting to evaporate back into Miasma.]
Listen up, Fuckers! The new Vessel has been chosen. You'll have to deal with them for the next week - or maybe I should say they'll have to deal with your stupid asses.
Not like I give a shit anymore. I'm going back to us again, so you'll probably feel me around.
But, before I go...
[He moves Sho in front of him again, the bomb appearing in his remaining arm. There's no ice around it any longer, but it isn't going off...
And then with a sickening squelch, he buries the bomb in Sho's guts, just under the sternum - twisting for good measure.
He stares impassively as the miasma begins to lift Sho up in the air, far above them all...and with the blood still staining his hand, he lifts it straight up in air above him.]
'Fireworks are the most beautiful,' huh? I agree.
Let's show them the greatest fireworks in the world, Reaper.
...See you later, bastards.
[Todd snaps his fingers, vanishing into Miasma - but no one would have noticed.
No, what takes everyone's attention...Is the blooming of an art piece that can only be repeated once. A beautiful, grotesque sight..
As Sho's torso explodes, blood and bits showering everyone in the living room in gore as his limbs and head fly up in the air, and then crash to earth. If one's unlucky, they may just catch his head, or his remaining arm, or perhaps even his legs.
As the smell of dust and blood settle in the air after such a horrible sight, everyone present can hear delighted giggling from the miasma around them...
Sho Minamimoto is dead.]
