RECORDING 3: THE FIRST TRIAL

The worst has happened... and now you're all here, in the living room where you first met Todd. As all of you enter, the Vessel is there - glowering at all of you, still missing the arm Dazai shorn from him with his touch.
On one of the tables away from the center is a small enclosed box entitled 'VOTES', with slips of paper nearby and a pen. It's sufficiently away from what will be the 'main' action, but not enough to really give anyone complete privacy as they vote.
Once everyone is inside, the doors automatically shut and lock themselves, leaving you trapped in here with the Vessel...and each other.
One of you is a murderer...however, in this game, the guilty do not need to be voted out. As long as there are enough people voted out that matches the victims...then it will be accepted.
...But, can you really let someone get away with murder...?
The choice...is up to you.
PEOPLE TO VOTE OUT: 1
WEEK 1 VOTING

N-No, I can't think of... anything...
[a slow cough]
Sounds more like something to unnerve us.

...Other than the existential horror I'm feeling.

[She sighs, rubbing her own face.]
It's... nothing about this place is easy or good, but it's... this is terrible.

Anyway... where did the light bulb come from? Wouldn't there be a room that's missing a bulb, or at least the cabinet?
Was an an old-fashioned bulb that would be as old as this house?

[She shudders.]

[Are you okay...?]

I'm fine! Just, something in my throat.
[waves a hand]
What do you think, Battler? Any ideas?

...To unnerve us is a really good idea, and I've heard that it also might be because Minamimoto-kun made an easy target to scapegoat, but...
[....something just doesn't sit right with him.]
What if there wasn't any plan behind it?

[Not right now, anyway.]

Well, Officer? What's your opinion?

[He's still concerned, but that can probably wait until after this is over. But as for the arrangement...]
It's hard to say. They could have been using it as a message or a metaphor, but I don't think we have enough information to say what it is. It could have even just been to draw attention to the missing head, for all we know.

Is it possible, possible at all, that she was killed in the ballroom, and then moved to the shed?
Otherwise, why bring the head with them out from the shed? They weren't hiding it by putting it in the ballroom. Was it to draw attention? Let them know "Oh, it was the robot that was killed?"

...What kind of soup?

[Right, no need to attract attention by eating during a crisis...]
Still, thanks for offering.

Shouldn't that be "Seam Stitcher," if anything?
