This...for all of you, it is a familiar sight.

It is a trial location.

You are here to find the killer...and convict one of your own, in a murder that makes no sense.

But you have no choice.

There were two sets of footprints going from Snowdin to the bridge. One returned, the other didn't. It was not possible to get proper sizes, but there were no signs of struggle.

I went to the clothing store. There was a trail leading from the inn to the store, but it got kicked up, so I couldn't tell anything about foot size. Inside of the store was an outfit lying in a pile just inside, like someone just threw it. Oh, um, there was also some snow tracked in, and the outfit was varying colors and sizes for some reason? And it was all damp. It was soaked around the arms and legs.

Well, I found some fingers. The... not attached to a hand kind of fingers. And they had some of your guys's names written above them, in the snow. Sawbones, Deathseeker, Inaba, these mean anything to you?

I found his body on the bridge near the boat house. It - He was Tangled up in a net after he fell into the water.

His body was frozen, so the time of death would've been nearly impossible to determine with what tools we have. Cause of death seems to be drowning, though it's clear he had fallen a short distance. Furthermore, before he went in. Three of his fingers on his right hand, and some locks of his hair was cut off - both likely by the same small knife.

there's traces of blood and snow on the bridge - and footprints going to and from the waterfalls and then to the inn.

Then, if we are not going to cheat, we need to have something to supply things. I myself have placed my vote as an entity, but I feel that for the best results, we need to identify who was used as a tool.

As far as that goes, we have two primary leads: Atsushi's fingers, as well as the wet clothes.

We know from previous experience that the murder method generally reflects the body's methodology, so the removal of the fingers may be a clue to lead us to a proper answer. As for the clothes... Well, that will require a clothing check.
