[CONTINUE + 2] INTRO

[After so long a trip, you're all finally here. Taken through a hidden passage inside of the very mountain itself, you find yourself standing in front of a field of flowers, growing well due to the open roof above it. If you look up, you can just make out the shimmering colors off of the barrier - looking almost like the shine off of a soap bubble.
Try not to trample on the flowers as you approach the open, purple gate, where it looks as if someone is waiting for all of you just inside. And remember to wear your masks, now that you're here!
...Still, the sight of the yellow flowers waving in the wind....such a cheery sight fills you with determination for what's to come.
Welcome to the Underground.
...Again. The loop happened again, and you're here. Everything is the same.
Someone who was dead is alive again.
...The man, who's name you forgot...You've also forgotten what he looked like.
Not only that, But more monster names have faded from your memory.
Ghost? There was never a ghost in these ruins, or in Waterfall. You have no memory of them.]

A ROYAL WELCOME
I am glad to see you all made it here safely. Welcome - I am Toriel, Queen of the Monsters...though right now, I am also the caretaker of the Ruins. I am here to help all of you Monsters -
[BIG, OBVIOUS WINK HERE]
- acclimate to your new home. Since all of you must be worn out, you should stay within the Ruins for today - and I can also answer any questions you might have about the Underground. My home is rather close, and I can easily offer it to sleep in, though you might have to sleep on the floor...
[She coughs a bit embarrassed, before suddenly seeming to remember something.]
Ah, but, one more thing - please try not to harm any Monsters here. Most of them are kind, gentle folk who sometimes do not realize their own strength. That being said, as you are all Monsters - [WINK WINK WINK] - they should settle down if you speak with them.
Any other questions?
((As bolded, please have your characters only remain in the Ruins for right now! We'll open up the Snowdin area on sunday.
Like normal.))

The name of the little guy is gone, but it still feels proper. But anyone coming here might not see him right away, as he's tucked, small and in the shadows against one side. He has his gun and knife on his lap and his tool kit by his side. He might be deep cleaning said gun, gray eyes blank except for the slight dampness. When he finishes the gun he does the same with his knife... and if one waits long enough, almost compulsively goes back to his gun.]

I'll sleep later, Drew. [He can feel Drew's concern, but he has to keep going. He will sleep later, but right now he has to do something else.
First, he's looking for Wei Wuxian.
Then, later, he's hiding in the Ruins. Embroidering on a square of fabric like his particular style of note-taking actually matters.]

he's not looking for anything in particular, but the place is familiar and, therefore grounding. and, in these moments, solomon knows that he needs something familiar more than ever...even if the person that introduced them to this place no longer is.

Even if she doesn't find
That's fine.
It makes her wonder what the trigger is, though, as she crouches down and makes yet another flower crown. But people might hear her sing a particular song while she's at it, the lyrics a little solemn.
Later - she can be found on one of the playground swings, looking down at her phone rather carefully before sighing, murmuring aloud, under her breath:]
There has to be something I can use, here...

Following that, he will decide to hang around The Ruins. Mostly to be left to his own thoughts and such things. He seemed to be doing better than earlier, but Gilgamesh always recovered faster than most.
He didn't quite have anything to say if anyone approached, but he wouldn't ignore them if they wanted to have an audience with the Golden King. ✨ ]

WELCOME TO SNOWDIN
The walk is relatively uneventful - you do tend to keep bumping into a bunch of different dogs along the way, though that last one gets a little weird if you keep petting them for too long.
But, finally, you reach Snowdin - a quiet looking, snowy town. The inn nearby quickly opens its doors for everyone, the Innkeeper happily talking to them. Perhaps it might be a good idea to talk to the innkeeper more?
Still, as they put their stuff in their rooms and come back onto the snowy streets, they'll notice two skeletons talking in front of the tree. One is in what looks like a strange red and white costume with a scarf - and he's talking to what looks like a short skeleton Monster with a permanent grin, who is standing there in pink slippers.
It's Sans and Papyrus, and they seem deep in conversation.
It might be a good idea to go get situated at the inn, before anything. But first, you should get your presents under the tree.]
PRESENTS
And some of them have your names on them.
Go ahead and take them - none of the monsters will complain, because they're yours, after all.]
