[After so long a trip, you're all finally here. Taken through a hidden passage inside of the very mountain itself, you find yourself standing in front of a field of flowers, growing well due to the open roof above it. If you look up, you can just make out the shimmering colors off of the barrier - looking almost like the shine off of a soap bubble.

Try not to trample on the flowers as you approach the open, purple gate, where it looks as if someone is waiting for all of you just inside. And remember to wear your masks, now that you're here!

...Still, the sight of the yellow flowers waving in the wind....such a cheery sight fills you with determination for what's to come.

Welcome to the Underground.

...Again. The loop happened again, and you're here. Everything is the same.

Someone who was dead is alive again.

...The man, who's name you forgot...You've also forgotten what he looked like.

Not only that, But more monster names have faded from your memory.

Ghost? There was never a ghost in these ruins, or in Waterfall. You have no memory of them.]

Yeah. Sometimes when she was acting as my mentor, she'd sing during breaks. I ended up downloading all her music so I could listen to it on my own, too.

What was it like? Training with Red?

Yeah. My power lets me track down people, and lately I've been able to create tools that can help people suppress their powers if it's hard for them to control!

[And he's glad for the latter, because it's something that made those people happy, unlike...]

...It was hard, but I wanted to do my best at it so she'd be happy. Her boyfriend told me once that when things were going badly, she stopped singing because she was so sad... so that's why he worked hard so she'd never feel too sad to sing again.

I wanted to protect this world for her sake like that, too.

[ it's difficult for solomon to not stare at yoshi in absolute surprise. even though ren had pointed out that many people in this group considered this world their home, it was still shocking to see people wanting to protect a world that was not their own.

after a moment of silence, he nods. ]

That's...a really brave thing to say. I can see that she's really important to you. But... don't you ever miss the place where you came from?

You think so?

[It's clear from his tone alone that he doesn't really think much of it.]

Hmmm... I guess it was nice being able to laze around without a care! But I didn't have any friends in that world.

I do think so. Not many people decide to help save the world for a reason, you know?

[ he sighs. well, in his case it was more like it was asked of him and he didn't even think of refusing. is that bravery? not in his opinion. ]

So you actually...enjoy being here? In the Foundation?

The Foundation has its good and bad points... [Since he did uh help with some murders as a result along with everything else BUT Y'KNOW.]

I love humanity, though! So if I can do anything to help protect people, I'm happy to do it.

As do most things. Though I suppose that it is a reflection of the humanity that it tries to protect.

[ and the fact that, at the core, it is run by humans. ]

Haha. Well, thank you. The fact that there are people like you are what helps the Foundation keep running. So I'm grateful to have people like you.

My dream for the future is world peace! I can't achieve it the same way my future self tried, but I'll keep trying to make the world safer for everyone I can!

Yeah. I think there's been at least two of them in the Foundation, but they both died.

I didn't get to experience it myself, but a "me from the future" jumped back in time to pose as my older cousin to try to force world peace.
