MOCK ROUND - WEEK 1
All of the guests awoke in their rooms, just like they had before.
Yesterday had been a day of surprises.
First, they'd finally met the person who had brought them here.
Secondly, they'd learned they were going to be playing a false murder mystery for two weeks.
And most important, they learned that wishes could be granted if they won this game.🗈

Still, for now, it seemed like there wasn't much to do. Was the Witch already in talks with the 'Murderer'? Was the 'victim' already decided upon?
There was no way to know until some day later this week, apparently.
Still, it wasn't all bad. The island was beautiful and the climate just perfect for beachgoing, or taking a cosy walk in the garden. There were also board and card games which would be produced upon request, to help ease the boredom of it all.
Though, perhaps the guests would prefer to get to know each other instead? On maybe get into some trouble as they roamed the island.
Yet, with only a fake game in front of them....there's no proper sense of foreboding, is there?
....But maybe all of this...
...Is just the calm before the storm.

Later he can be found in the master bedroom looking at all the guns with a cruel smirk. Maybe best to let him be?]

And despite the size of the group, it's a big mansion, and a very quiet island.
There's something nostalgic about it. People crowded together under the sound of waves and the gulls. It's been a while. It's also not unusual for her to find someone messing around on the beach in the early morning, though it's been just as long since that has happened. She watches quietly for a little while.]
... I thought humans usually got up later during island vacations.

[he doesn't pause in his current stretch, glancing back at her]

Oh, yes. The temperature is important. But you could just cool down in the ocean. It's going to be a beautiful day.

[he might be pondering tossing Vanitas in there later]

Can he actually get away with placing a rose crown (thorns removed) on his head or is this going to turn out to be a terrible idea.]

He peeks an eye open, able to see just a bit of the red from this angle]
I wouldn't call my self the flower type, usually.
no subject
No? Roses seem like your kind of flower, though. Ah, but I removed the thorns so it doesn't actually hurt.

[he reaches up, adjusting the crown a bit]

[ S'up. He's just investigating when he spots him in there eyeing the guns. ]

[ He's not going to even touch them, but he will walk over to the stakes to poke at them. ]
This room is pretty creepy.
[ Again, his expression seems calm and there's still that smile there. ]

[he follows Jack, picking up one of the stakes. Now THIS he could use]

Vanitas is cocking his head to the side as he pauses several feet away. His helmet might hide his expression, but the hint of annoyance in his voice is likely evident. He thinks he has a decent idea of why, but he's going to toss this out anyway: ]
Decide you don't have what it takes to train me, after all?

[he doesn't even open his eyes when he speaks to Vanitas, still relaxed and sitting in the sand]
no subject
Of course I have drive. [ tch!!! ] I was investigating the perimeters.
[ . . . . . . ]
What are you doing, anyway?
no subject
[He finally stands, cracking his neck. There's a looseness to his movements, not a bit of tension to be seen]
So, you ready?

She sticks her head in far enough to see the strange things. The guns, Takashi looking at the guns.

She's just going to pull the door shut again.]
