RECORDING 11: THE FOURTH MURDER.

A fourth week, and this is now definitely routine. Waking on friday, with the knowledge deep down that your number has yet again decreased.
You must still pull yourself from your bed, and discover who is now forever gone.
...But, wait.
What's that smell...?
((OOC: 2 people max under a heading, please! Just to keep things easy on the mods. You can switch out with someone else during an investigation if needed.))

Post-investigations... [sorry ghosts, WWX's booty call game too strong]
but Dazai makes his way back to the livingroom where people are probably most congregated because he does have one thing on his mind. his eyes are a bit dimmer than usual, not distant but a coldness to them that have cropped up now and again previously near constant now.
thanks to WWX, once again, ghosts will probably be distracted by some charms or another.]
If anyone has had contact with Sakaguchi Ango or has been doing things within the house that can be discovered by his ability, you have until Monday before the entity inside this house knows what you're hiding and what you're up to.
To explain: Ango was not simply a worker for the government in our world. He was a well-versed spy and has even worked to levels of triple-agent in espionage and information gathering. And his ability sees more than what he has let on--though even I don't really know the full extent of it. I wouldn't even be surprised if he was sent on this mission by the Foundation with spying in mind, either.
And before anyone asks: no. Ango has told me nothing about what he was doing himself. Save that he may have found something out about this house that would be important, later. Unfortunately, we now have until Monday to figure out what that was.
There's the pattern of a murder on Friday, trial on Saturday, and then the ghost of the victim and the executed appearing on Monday--usually with the victim being the chosen Vessel for the week. Assuming this pattern stands, Ango will not simply become a ghost but will become the next chosen Vessel. Anything he knows, the entity will know.
The ghosts of the house already know this, so they're eager to welcome him to the fold.
Whoever chose Ango as their target... has given us a deadline.
[GOOD FUCKING JOB, ASSHOLE, he does not say but only because he's tired ok.]

it's one thing to know this, and it's another to have it confirmed by the person that knew ango the best. ]

[Emil frowns, crossing his arms. For a moment he's silent, until...]
I guess that's...bad? I don't really understand how it's much worse than everything so far. It's not like the ghosts wouldn't know already everything we do.
[Looks like Emil is misunderstanding stuff]

He didn't even give you a hint? Or tell you where he might've hidden a coded note with the information in case he ever died?
no subject
He because he told me this where ghosts could potentially hear, he didn't tell me where he would hide the journal.

So you’re saying your friend withheld information, you withheld information, until it was forced out of your hand by a third party, and now we have to spend what few hours we have until the next vessel is chosen scrambling to find an answer to an impossible situation?
[Emil might have shouted out parts or all of this, but Gin is trying to really hammer home that hypocrisy. Him not sharing votes that already happened unprompted is a lot less disastrous than Ango collecting everyone he could’s secrets as well as house information, and then not telling anyone until after he was dead. Assuming Dazai even has credible information.
Gin knew there was a reason he didn’t like Ango. Too much like Aizen, and then without the ability to back it up.]

...So now everyone's secrets are going to be out there, huh?
[He should care. He should be sad about Sakaguchi, if just for the chaos and fear this is going to bring.
....But he's comfortably numb, and he doesn't want to go back.]
That's what everyone's going to focus on - not getting out of here.

On the other hand, it also means that once we reach Monday, there is no longer a need or purpose for secrets.
We are approaching the end, for better or worse.

This was a big mess. He could feel a ton of headaches coming on all at once. This week truly was hell...so much screwing up, so little time (48 hours now) ]
I suppose we should be grateful to be informed of this at least. I won't even bother bringing up the irony in this situation.
[ ... ]
Then again, if this was information we could've used before he died, we might as well all had been told this sooner than later. I'm hoping he had a good reason for holding it to himself as long as he did, and that it'll be recovered immediately.

Triple agent spy types don't tend to be the trusting sort.

Hmm. Looks like I'm missing the funeral party.
[Just going to claim one of the sofas for himself and his tea leaves.]
You sure you're not eating some kind of miasma effect? Sounds like you spend more time worrying about the ghosts' opinions than anything.

Obviously, finding whatever information he left behind takes priority. More than that however, it appears that there be no point to secrecy going further.
