RECORDING 11: THE FOURTH MURDER.

A fourth week, and this is now definitely routine. Waking on friday, with the knowledge deep down that your number has yet again decreased.
You must still pull yourself from your bed, and discover who is now forever gone.
...But, wait.
What's that smell...?
((OOC: 2 people max under a heading, please! Just to keep things easy on the mods. You can switch out with someone else during an investigation if needed.))

Case in point, they're not here.

Ango's ability is that he can see the history of people and items he touches. That can include the walls of the house itself.
However, I do know that his ability was taking a toll on him because he would see the past horrors in this place. He never described what he saw but it was enough that sometimes he would need my ability to keep any of it from coming through. But he never stopped looking for an exit.

[Or at least that's how it sounded like from how Dazai explained it. Emil shakes his head, it feels like it's full of sawdust, like he's missing something Dazai is saying]

Ango may have found something that could help us with either defeating the entity or getting out of here.
I don't know which it is.

[Huh. Emil leans against the wall, mulling that. Right, that'd be pretty bd. They'd lose any advantage.]
I'd like to think if he had found anything truly helpful he'd have told us. Ango wasn't some lone wolf, he'd have told us, especially during those times when there were no ghosts. He wouldn't be so stupid as to keep secret anything about defeating the entity or getting out.
[Emil seems to have faith on Ango, it seems. He talked like a jaded old guy, but he didn't seem stupid]

[said tiredly. like. honestly, man, he would also like to think Ango would entrust someone but he only told Dazai this much, even.]

[Something about the tired way Dazai said it seems to have irked Emil. This entire week the frustration he had from his growing conceit and disdain for everyone seems to be reaching its breaking point. This crew was useless. He stops leaning against the wall, not even noticing he was raising his voice.
If Dazai was right, then Ango had useful information and sat on it. He was letting them go around like headless chickens while he had something that could actually be good!
If Dazai was wrong, then Dazai was making a big deal out of nothing! He was making them paranoid!
No matter how Emil saw it, this announcement just proved he was right to think everyone was far less skilled than he thought. How could he be trapped with these people? The crew back at home would have never been such a mess! They'd have--they'd all have managed to escape from here, he's sure of it! The nostalgia for his old life makes him compare this team to that one unfairly, until he finally says:]
Are you sure you're not doing the same thing than yesterday? That vote list thing wasn't that big of a deal until a big show was made out of it and was turned into a bigger problem than it actually was. Are you doing that again?!

[snapped because for fuck's sake, man, his only friend just fucking got merc'd?!]
Like you pointed out, people who die would inform the entity of what they knew, in that situation, an experienced spy would not trust anyone with the information they knew and would try damn hard to survive if he were targeted. With the amount of blood in the halls--Ango tried his best to survive in spite of his odds.
This has nothing to do with the votes.
It has everything to do with making sure Ango didn't die in vain.

[He's throwing his hands around, exasperated. He's not thinking right at all. THe point of what Dazai is saying isn't just flying over his head, it's soaring all the way up in the stratosphere]
cw: suicide
If a suicidal maniac like me can survive long enough to make it until then, then you need to get a hold of yourself.
Mind the miasma's influence on you.

[Point he proves by petulantly leaving the living room.
Can you believe it, Dazai? Just a month ago, Emil had gone to check on you when you had been injured.
The miasma really corrupts people]

he's done shit like that before.
but whatever.
maybe someone else can explain it in a way that doesn't set him off.
Dazai is... low cans.]
