A fourth week, and this is now definitely routine. Waking on friday, with the knowledge deep down that your number has yet again decreased.

You must still pull yourself from your bed, and discover who is now forever gone.

Paranoia can cause even the most skilled of men to hesitate taking action.

I've been severely underestimating the effects of the miasma, and he only recently mentioned that his investigations were resulting in traumatic information being forefront even when he was looking for something else.

...Then we can only hope it is something that can be exploited in a short time-frame.

[We are depending on someone being too paranoid to not try to take advantage of a way to counter the situation that only he knows about, after all.]

I can't give any guarantees. I just know he said there was "a chance".
