Week 2 Mingle

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.
The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.
On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.
Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

Hey, you. Have you noticed anything off about your stuff since coming here? Or yourself, for that matter.
[ In the early afternoon, you'll find him in the chapel, playing his music there. Once more the radius around him is all black and white. This time the song is melancholy and fragile.
And then even later in the day, if you pass by in front of his room, you can see a rubber chicken fly out of it and hit the opposing wall with a pathetic SQUEAK. Uh... bye? ]
in front of his room;
Roxas will pick up the rubber chicken and kind of squeeze it repeatedly because he's curious, probably not helping with preventing there being a squeaking noise. A lot of squeaking noises.
...And THEN he'll peer to see if Kohaku is in his room. Was he looking for a playmate or having a tantrum, he wonders? ]

Could you stop that?
1/2
[ squeaks it again but quieter ]

The better question is, why did I even get it in the first place?
no subject
...Maybe the staff thought you liked chickens? Or they thought it was funny to give you a fake one.
[ The latter seems more likely now that he thinks about it. ]

Fair point.
[ And here's a sigh. ]
Remember how I said headaches alert me of zombies and you presumably didn't believe me? I'm starting to wonder if I'm really only free of that because there's no zombies or if they just took away what made me feel it.

Minato's quiet, hanging just outside of that radius, while he listens to the music.

After that... ]
Are you also sick of the stuff they're playing in the resort all day?

[Contemplatively:]
It's always nice to hear something played by someone who loves to play, you know?
no subject
[ Definite confirmation of love here. Violin appreciation is 24/7. ]

Is Yoshi still there when he eventually comes out? ]

That was really beautiful!

Is this yours, Kohaku-san?

Utena truly has an image for EVERYTHING...][ Kohaku's standing in the middle of the room, looking irritated but not dramatically so. Irritated is his normal state of being anyway. ]
Apparently it's supposed to be, but I wish it wasn't.

[ Like, was it cursed or something... you have a trash can, right... ]
no subject
[ Don't make him think about being logical now?? ]
Probably not? It was kind of satisfying though...... before it squeaked again.
