WEEK 2

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.

The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.

Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

[Yoshi just stands outside, listening quietly as Kohaku plays.]

[ That is.. definitely not noticed by Kohaku, who literally can't hear a single thing while he's playing.

Is Yoshi still there when he eventually comes out? ]

[He sure is! He gets up from his place leaning on the wall.]

That was really beautiful!

[ After their run-in at the end of last week, Kohaku's significantly calmed down about Yoshi (largely because there turned out to be way bigger problems to freak out about), but still... ]

You could've just come in, you know?

[Yoshi is still... Yoshi. It's like nothing happened at all.]

I didn't want to distract you!

[No need to interrupt the playing.]

You're really good! Do you practice a lot?

I'm not gonna be distracted by something like that.

[ Just for future reference and also because the idea of getting distracted by a person entering is kind of insulting. ]

After all, I practice most spare moments. I'm a pro.

I am literally wearing an orchestra uniform!

[ ... with combat boots and a weaponry belt, but. ]

Yeah, but you're also really rough and scary looking!

Well, I didn't ask to get my face fucked up like this!

[ Pointing at the scar because clearly his personal choices do not at all factor into his vibe. ]
