Week 2 Mingle

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.
The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.
On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.
Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

Or they'll stand in your room, doing this--
[ Cups hands around his mouth and makes a very bad replication of a rooster's crowing. ]

Come on, no way they're funny enough for that.
no subject
Too bad though, right?
[ Even if he doesn't like them very much, it really would be kind of hilarious. ]

[ They absolutely give him the creeps. ]
no subject
...Yeah, being around them is weird enough.
[ He has a hard time trusting anything like them at all, on top of disliking them, so. ]

[ Grump grump grump, he is thinking about these complaints like... 24/7 lately. ]

They act too strange, and even if they didn't, I don't think I can really trust anything that's still connected with the people who've forced us to stay here.

But sometimes shitty people working for shitty causes are at least still people and I'd prefer to hate someone and deck them in the face for it over this on any day.

Is it because it's not as satisfying?
no subject
[ CAN'T DENY IT. ]
Killing zombies is more satisfying than fighting people though because they actually stay gone. Getting rid of them is good for something. The staff isn't like that, so they're just loathsome on every single level.

I guess the only good thing about them is that they give us stuff when we ask - most of the time.
[ Not that he likes doing that a lot, but if they're stuck here...yeah. ]
