It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[ it's the day before the upcoming full moon, which means Inaba is kind of worried; sure, 'Doezai' can stop the tiger without interference, but if his room is rigged with cameras and mics?

might actually be a little bit dangerous. for 'Doezai'. so coming up with backup plans is always necessary and not to mention the fact that everyone should actually know about this. she's not making the same mistakes that she made last time.

anyway, meeting is happening in the common room - it isn't as if it's a really secret meeting that they have to hide anything at this time, so it's fine to do it up in public. people will notice that Inaba has prepared two cups of tea and she even has the actual catnip and valerian root plants with her.

once everyone - or at least a majority of everyone, because she is inviting as many people as she possibly can but isn't going to force anyone to show up around the afternoon, she'l clap her hands to bring attention. to herself. ]

Okay, listen up everyone. I know a bunch of you guys are aware of Atsushi's ability, and I know that maybe things won't turn to shit [ . . . 'this time' she wants to say, but she'll only make herself feel worse, and she doesn't want that ] but I wanted to bring everyone together for a little announcement and demonstration.

Tomorrow, the sixteenth of July, is the full moon. Which means that it's important that to know that in case of emergency -- if he sees the full moon at any moment and Dazai decides not to nullify it the rest of the night, we'll have to deal with it ourselves. I have a bunch of plans from the last time I had to deal with this personally, and I'm quite certain Atsushi might have spoken to . . . some of you.

I also have an application on my phone that Yoshi made that's meant to knock out tigers, and I've saved a lot of relaxing cat music, as well. There's other things that could probably work, like laser pointers or yarn or boxes, but catnip and valerian root is useful.

Anyway, I'd advise towards closing all the windows with blinds or whatever the hell--

And in the worst case scenario, our best bet would probably to lead Byakko outside and keep everyone who wouldn't want to deal with him indoors, as far into the house as they possibly can.

Does he have to see the moon to transform?

He either has to see it or the moon has to shine on him directly. Either way works, I believe.

That's why it's best for him to stay indoors on the evening of the full moon, away from any windows or anywhere that the moonlight can shine.

.... It'd be kind of mean, but... he could hang out in the stairwell with a lamp or something. There's no windows, there, and Otete doesn't really show up until a few flights down. I wouldn't mind hanging out with him, we could play video games maybe.

Atsushi turns into a tiger under the full moon. His ability is literally called "Beast Beneath the Moonlight".

Well, he probably can turn into a tiger under other circumstances, like from emotional outbursts and stuff, but the full moon evening itself is the most dangerous time.
