Week 3 Mingle
The last week has brought the first spilled blood. Three of the contestants are gone, with the promise of more to fall soon. The atmosphere around the house will start to get heavy around Wednesday, which is when the first game of the week is. It's almost like the house knows something is up...
The conspiracy is beginning to unravel. Dazai isn't Dazai, and the cracks are forming in his act. But that act must be held up, or the Foundation will be brought in to take control of the game. Now everyone must play the part and act like everything is normal, at least on camera. That stress of always performing is bound to make someone crack eventually.
Once again, the cameras and microphones change. The contestants will have to search out new spots for their secret conversations. Even one wrong step, one wrong word, and it's all over for this group. Everyone is watching, and they need to play their roles.
They better keep an eye out too, because storm clouds are starting to loom over the area, both figuratively and literally.

[Saki's always been an early riser. Which is why, sometime after her morning meditations (she really needs it every day here, huh?), she can be found in the kitchen cooking up breakfast for everyone who happens to be up from around 7AM and onwards. It's nothing fancy, mostly scrambled eggs with bread available for toast, but people need to eat.
As a matter of fact, if you show up and forego food, she may just wander over with a plate of it once there's a good break between frying.]
We can't stop taking care of ourselves now.
[They didn't make it this far just to die of something truly preventable.]
[Common Room]
[Once breakfast is over with, Saki can be found here, curled up on a chair and playing her 3DS - which means Animal Crossing, since that's the only game she has. It's a good and calming one at least, although it might be a little too calming... although she's awake and easy enough to grab for a chat earlier in the day, later she'll be asleep after having dozed off. The game is still on and held loosely in her hands. Judging by the sparkling state of the flowers in the game, she was making rounds watering them.
If you want to wreck her town while you're at it, you could probably get away with it now.]
animal crossing
And just go explore her town. Doo de doo. She can wake up to see him there playing her game. ]

THURSDAY MEETING + quick mod ping
The others who didn't show up definitely need this information, as vital as it is, so meeting at the garage around lunchtime - there's going to be food provided so they can eat and chill; it's a good excuse even if it's just a little obvious what they're doing.
And also if Spice Block is still in the garage, Inaba is going to find him and give him a stick of butter. Feed the agent raccoon.
Clearing her throat, Inaba claps her hands to gather everyone's attention. ]
Alright, everyone: there's a bunch of stuff to go over today, so let's get this done. After the game yesterday, I went to check the forums on any updates: apparently people enjoyed the minigames but nobody liked the deaths at all - they thought it was tasteless. Approval for the Foundation went down to 55%, in fact.
Also in terms of the thing that our Host pulled? Most people wrote it off as either a glitch in recording, or that it might be someone's ability -- in the game. That someone else had that power and saved his life. Which is why if worst does come to worst: I might be able to cover for him. Since I'm a normal person, people wouldn't be able to search up what my abilities are on the internet unlike most people. But anyway, it's just all the Host's ability - he specifically defined it as creating illusions or tricks, comparing it to a magic show.
Anyway, some of the information we found out were what we discussed before: 'Dazai' confirming that the souls are safe thanks to his necromancer friend, along with the fact that this is a 'trial' - they want to to get rid of every 6350 in existence and decomission the machine that summons them.
Those are the important parts, anyway. A few other things that I wanted to bring up that are important for everyone to know, in the off chance anything happens--
The first being death. I don't know how the souls are stored or if they're entirely 'safe'-- but if anyone else here dies, which is very very likely? Make sure you take care of your own soul. If your soul 'dies', you're gone for good.
The second is related to our bodies. We're all from 6350, which means that everyone has gigai bodies [ she grimaces ] that were provided by--
[...]
-- that clownfucker. [ Yes, let's go with that. ] The exception to this rule is probably Moriarty as he's not exactly from 6350 proper, but I'm fairly certain he got fucked around with so that point might be mostly moot. But that means our bodies are bugged and that makes all of this pretty dangerous.
And last but not least, he did get injured by the real Dazai, just as I theorized, so there might be a chance that Dazai might attempt to escape his confinement, come here and potentially kill the fake and take over the game entirely. Which is something I want to discuss.
The other major thing I want to talk about is. . . potentially dealing with games without abilities. More specifically, attempting to avoid death without them, and helping each other out. We might need to start bringing materials to the games that might assist us, but if anyone has any other ideas, feel free to bring them up.
Aaaand that's it from my end - if anybody else has any new information they'd like to bring up, or to discuss any of the points I brought up, feel free to: the floor's open.

No, the man forced me into a Gigai body as well, on top of...certain tamperings. To tell the truth, I may become a liability for all of you shortly.
After all, I'm certain he's discovered what I did with a certain bird.
[That makes no sense to anyone who doesn't know what went down in r3, but -]
Also, you may call the man by his name - I've completely remembered everything, so that will not effect me anymore.

[ This is just asking for an existential crisis, Inaba. No cooking from Alcor for this meeting (there's probably some leftover marshmallow everything from the games last night though), but he is busy doing something else: gathering up some...car blankets?
Do cars get cold is another existential crisis in the making. ]

There is something I would like to state. Thanks to clever Inaba, we know now that more and more of those watching are on our side in this. Why is that? Clearly we have made ourselves pitiable. Everyone loves an underdog. By this rate, if no one kills tonight that percentage against the Foundation may grow enough that risking backlash may not be worth their threat.
If that is the case... I say to our possible betrayer: who do you have faith in more- a Foundation who has proven to see you and your loved one as expendable, or your fellows in the trenches? Odds are now in favor of your pictured commrads being safer if you do NOT kill than if you do.
... and of course, my offer from Monday still stands, if you are not a coward.

I know he did that shit with the bullet, but I'm not talking about that. When he turned powers off, I went into Weapon form, right? He snapped his fingers and I transformed to human form, and I was in human form for the rest of the game.
That doesn't fuckin' seem like an illusion. More like he can undo shit. Plus, he's been fuckin' around with magic. Real magic, not stage magician bullshit.

[ whoever is passing time in the rec room will see oda. he seems to be busy looking through books, as if searching for something specific.
however, there is a pile of books next to him, all of them with one thing in common: they’ve all been written by sakunosuke oda.
considering yesterday, he’s not exactly willing to talk to anyone, but he won’t be unwilling to answer if someone comes up to him. ]
( early evening outside — near the pool )
[ if the smell of smoke is any way to alert someone, well, worry not. nobody’s burning a corpse yet. if anyone goes to check, they’ll just see oda tending to some sort of campfire. it’s small and controlled, plus he has a bucket of water by his side just in case.
if anyone wants a closer look to the campfire, though, they’ll see an assortment of things being used as kindle. photos, loose papers, books.
he’s watching it closely, his gaze lacking any emotion as he tends to the fire. ]

Mod Ping for TG
AscendedTrickster is now pestering TiltedGhostbuster.
AT: GT might still need your expertise but you can retire from Cupiding for me. My bf died yesterday.
AT: GT almost outed himself, too.
AT: Plz yell at him for being stupid. I can't do it rn because if I start yelling again I won't stop.
For the rest of the day and into the evening, Akira...drifts. He's restless but also lacking energy. The bell around his neck is nearly silent even when he moves.
He visits the kitchen to make more coffee, the rec room to completely fail at playing video games, and finally settles at one of the windows that looks out on the back. Akira's eyes wander to the pool and he lifts a hand, pressing his fingertips against the glass.]

Extrapvaganza: Bonus Round
1. Slightly more pit falls in the garden and the rest of the yard; hopefully that poor Prinny has managed to climb out by now
2. Paint traps over Orange Room's door and the door to the kitchen.
3. Trip wires in a few hallways (NEW!) made of transparent fishing line. Watch your feet! Luckily, they're kept away from any stairs.
So it Doesn't Keep Hapening.4. One (1) net trap (NEW!) strung up in a tree in the yard. Let's hope a Prinny doesn't trip this one. Apparently the new traps were set up later in the night...?
5. Nora himself is perched like a particularly grouchy gargoyle on the roof of the garage -- it seems like he's planning to spend the night there, spear in hand and giving the entirety of the yard the evil eye.]
