WEEK 4 INVESTIGATION

Four weeks.

By now, waking up to death on Friday was becoming normal.

Gazing at something that should not have occurred...a death of one of them.
A death done by one of them....which could have been done by anyone.
Even by someone who would seem to have no reason to kill...🗈

Such a thing...was draining.
No, it was more than that - it was preying upon their very souls...
But they had no choice.

No matter how they felt, they had to search, to find the body and find the clues that would bring them to the killer themselves in tomorrow's trial.

...What kind of horror will they find today?

What kind of death did one of their number face?

And what sort of horrible, heart-rending truth....will be the end result, at the end of this week...?

[Gebura groans as she wakes up in front of the Master Bedroom. Wait, first thing's first though, she passed out with Wheatley there, too. Is he still here? Is he still alive?]

[Well, as they wake up, nothing seems immediately amiss....though the door is open.]

[ After that, Sora and Riku are going to do check bedrooms! Paying close attention to the bathrooms and the shower drains. Checking the door knobs carefully, the windows, checking around the bed and on the floor. Then peek into things. Do they find anything suspicious in any of the rooms? Does anything smell like paint?]

[After seeing who was dead and some of the chaos surrounding it, Takumi goes outside. Aiming for the gardening shed to see if that's where paint might have come from, but investigating in general too. He'll do a loop of the windows, though it's pretty clear the murder happened in the library. Better safe than sorry.

[Joey wakes up and, after last week, decides to head out to the garden after making sure her room was undisturbed.]

[As normal, the goats come in - and tell all the living still remaining that Natsuno is dead.]

[ When the goat approaches him, he tenses up and whispers a pained "Koide-san...!" He repeats the name again, only this time it sounds distinctly like his voice is wavering. He's silent after that and heads off to be alone for a few minutes. ]

Hand and Sniff check

They will be checking to see how clean people are.
They will be checking hands and seeing if there's any paint

[ Syaoran himself is pretty clean, but not overtly so. He looks like a goddamn mess of emotions at first sight. He also smells like fish but he was in the kitchen and both Shadow and Sakura who can confirm that. Also there's no paint on his hands. ]

I doubt our killer came out of this unscathed. Natsuno wouldn't have gone down easily, so let's do an in-depth check for injuries.

[ Riku will also be hunting people down and knocking on doors so no one slips out of it.

He'll also offer himself up for a complete check if anyone wants to in a private room. They'd find he's clean. ]

It's the same as last week, please. Alibis and assert your innocence. Our ability no doubt isn't perfect, but it's something.

I think whomever did it, cleaned themselves in Koide's- Natsuno's room. There was a bath full of paint water. The empty paint bucket and a paint brush was left there. Natsuno's shoes were also covered in paint on the bottom. I did find some white flower petals, which are weird because he doesn't like white. We did check everyone else's rooms and didn't find anything. What did everyone else find?
