WEEK 1 - MINGLE
You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.
The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?
So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?
In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

Oh. That's true, I was wondering where the tragic backstory came from.
[Of course there's always been an inkling of tragic backstory about the guy, but she forgot that was the sort of thing the profiles liked to dig up. Poor Atsushi, really.]

A lot of people have interesting route previews then. My plain one confirms that I'm an background character... but everyone else has a wide variety of hooks in theirs.

[She isn't one to cosplay, but she's fully aware of how ridiculously intricate cosplays can get. It's a little like building an avatar in the real world. She already has enough trouble dealing with maintaining her current Blue Angel aesthetic now that it's not just data on a screen.]
I hope you're not following Nanashi's lead. It's not a good idea!

No, you don't need to be polite. Anyone can make cosplay if they want to, and even if it's not very good, and they just modified an existing outfit, it's still cosplay if they really truly wanted to do justice to the character.
[Without cosplay and her otaku hobbies, she really has nothing left.]
Umm.. I'm not saying I'm garbage though, just that I'm plain and I know it. I don't have much of a presence. Just another face in the crowd, you know?

[She actually sounds a little amused about it, even if a lot of the impetus for her poking about this is Nanashi being a garbage boy, and her own general -- herself. After all, she's never been much of a Blue Angel, really. She's just really, really good at cards, and that made her a little good at everything else.
Sometimes, if you have nothing else, you can create miracles -- or what you'd call miracles -- out of thin air.]
Anyway, I'm no good at being polite. I used to know someone like you, and you both stand out just fine.

I'm not sure you understand just how plain I am. I can give plenty of examples of my plainness that will make you think "Oh man, she's so plain!"... but everyone is entitled to their own opinion, right?
[A shrug. Plain really isn't the best catchphrase, but does she really want to get rid of it? Some part of her likes the idea.]

[Mock-serious, a little bit serious, a little bit curious -- most people don't come with powerpoint presentations for their self-deprecation, and she usually doesn't have the patience for them anyway. Life is short, the list of duels she needs to find is long, and for the most part she's rarely interested in people unless she's shoved together with them.
So here they all are -- and maybe she'll see something new too. Who knows?]

Those people are the ones responsible for my dream job becoming a nightmare... but umm... I guess it doesn't really matter now. There's no one still interested in it after they ruined it.
[She's still extremely bitter about it to be honest. Even if she did accept it at the end, she also didn't expect to wake up and have to move on.]

Well... it's common knowledge that long hair takes more care to maintain than short hair, right? I think they needed to buy more hair care supplies than usual for me.

Major NDRV3 Spoilers
It was big enough to make an entire fan base want a massively popular show on it's 53rd season to end... and succeed in making it end.
[There are many regrets being had, but what's over is over. There's no point in talking about it really. That won't bring it back.]
