[After so long a trip, you're all finally here. Taken through a hidden passage inside of the very mountain itself, you find yourself standing in front of a field of flowers, growing well due to the open roof above it. If you look up, you can just make out the shimmering colors off of the barrier - looking almost like the shine off of a soap bubble.

Try not to trample on the flowers as you approach the open, purple gate, where it looks as if someone is waiting for all of you just inside. And remember to wear your masks, now that you're here!

...Still, the sight of the yellow flowers waving in the wind....such a cheery sight fills you with determination for what's to come.

[ it takes solomon (roman? oh who cares) a good moment to gather his bearings before trying to usher everyone into the math hut. he's not surprised to see sherlock there, though he doesn't really say anything while he waits for the others.

he doesn't think that he could find the words, even if he tried.

I don't believe it's necessary to explain what just happened but I'd like to point out that...we seem to be reliving our first week in the Underground. In other words, we are, most likely, stuck in a temporal loop. Not only that, but I have seem to have lost my abilities and my memory has been...tampered with, I believe--I would like to confirm if others are going through the same experience.

... Also, I know a bunch of you might have questions for me, so feel free to ask me; I'm willing to answer as much as I can. I also might have some ideas on how to handle this as well, but I'll take care of questions first.

And it is no problem. We were... all shaken up. But that brings up another point-- as far as we know, Toriel is not aware of the loop. And, for the moment, I vote from abstaining any mention of it to her until we gather more information about it. But I'd like to hear your ideas.

Yeah, it's the same. If we're testing memories... That man that we met up with here was thrown into the core, right? His name isn't coming to me, but I know he showed me his weapon before.

Right, Drew can't remember the name of the person who... isn't here anymore. Drew's been affected by mental things before, but his memory is supposed to be perfect.

[ Marisa takes the Protect button out of her jacket once everyone is inside the hut. She's still holding onto it pretty tightly, her fingers trembling slightly. ]

This is the thing the old man tossed at us before he got dragged off, right? I grabbed it before--all that stuff happened. It's something from this place's battle system, right? It looks like one of the little buttons that pop up--fight, act, mercy, or whatever.

[He holds up his hand like he's going to transform it, but nothing happens.]

My powers are gone too. And like you, I cannot remember that man's name.

Oh— [she pauses for a moment at the mention of the fact they've lost their powers] Well I'm assuming the same is for my abilities too. [she's not about to test honestly since it would involve another person getting hurt as well as herself in the process]

[Her voice is shaking. Her body is too, but that's less noticeable. She's trying very, very hard not to panic, but her invulnerability had always been a trump card. And one she had used to keep others safe, and now it's just gone.

She can't... protect anyone.]

So, our enemy appears to be able to cause a temporal loop, memory erasure, and now the loss of powers where they could possess most at seemingly the drop of a hat...?
