The morning seemed so far away yesterday - yet, it also seems too soon when morning comes and you are all yet again ushered to the third floor by The Lady. The Captain is there, in all of his....glory? It's hard to tell.

The doors close, and he speaks up, this time reclining on one of the couches in the room.

"You know the drill - Since one of you have died during the game, it's your responsibility to try and vote someone out. You have six hours to talk about it, but then-"

He taps on a box on the coffee table in front of him, labeled 'VOTES'.

"-you'll have to put in your vote so someone can be punished. You all saw what happens when you refuse to play, right?"

He leans back, placing his hands behind his head.

"So get to it."

As he says that, music begins to play in the room...

Of course, but...can we save this discussion for later? We have only a few hours, and several pieces of important evidence to discuss. I would rather spend the time finding out more about the monster that did this.

I didn't see the scene of the crime. Do we know which monster did this? Was it the Jorogumo again?

Was there anything at the scene similar to the spider webs? Some kind of. . . identifying evidence?

I hate to say it, but the Jorogumo and even the Cleaner's kills were much... cleaner than this.

Nanashi wouldn't have been able to fight back enough to need this much -- this. Were they making a point, or...

Or... could they just not control themselves? I'm still not entirely sure I understand how far this "monster" thing goes.

. . . that's been my assumption, but Minato brings up a good point. We don't know how these monsters work, or what the possession is like mechanically.

We know they were probably in control of themselves before and after, because they're in disguise, and because they dressed up the body. Unless someone else did that.

It'd be really dangerous to try to pick out who did it based off of motive or how they're acting if we don't know how the monsters act while they're monsters...

It could be totally different.

[Could be just a mild brainwashing, or total ravenous murder, or... well, he has no idea. How much can the monsters think? They clearly have been targeting certain people, so...?]

Absolutely nobody. Me and Makoto checked to be sure, but the only odd thing was Snake's room, which... Well, you know what happened there.

You think that last week was the spider's way of tellin' the others this kid should be killed next?

While that's possible, I kind of doubt it. It's true that the fact that the spider didn't act could be a sign that they knew Yoshi was going to be targeted this week, though.
