Week 4

It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[Atsushi doesn't even have a chance to read his fortune-- He snaps the cookie open, and he just manages to see the word beast before he's gone, his conciousness sinking away as the tiger claws it's way to the forefront. One moment Atsushi is standing there, and then with a probably disturbing cracking of limbs as his body reshapes itself, a giant fuckoff white tiger is pacing restlessly, growling in rage.

Saki has never seen the tiger herself, only the aftermath. But it's pretty hard to miss, and she reacts before she even has time to think, taking a step towards him.]

Atsushi?!

Byakko knows this smell, knows this person. The growl softens to something more quizzical in nature, striped tail lashing behind it, but... it's definitely not looking to chomp on her. She can certainly approach.

It seems more anxious than anything.]

She recalls what he said before, that of anyone here, she might be the safe one. And with so many distinctly not safe behind her...

Swallowing hard, she slowly approaches him, hand outstretched cautiously. Good... tiger...?]

He's not sure he likes that right now though! He doesn't want to sleep, it's daylight out right now and usually that means danger when he's forced to show up.

He's stalking towards her slowly with a low, predatory growl, and then-- Her knight is saving the day.]

[So hey, blood scent! Because Akira sure is bleeding from his accident and wasn't that far away when the transformation happened. He curses under his breath, one hand over the wound.

Blood means pain, means danger, and something about Akira rings mine to the feral brain of the tiger.

It doesn't know how to stop bleeding, but it is bowling Akira over rapidly in a a misguided attempt to cover the other up. It honestly probably seems like it's about to maul him for a moment.

....Until the tongue comes out and is licking him, bloody wound and all.
