Week 4

It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[Akira just bites back a little hiss when he's bowled over. It's not the first time he's landed on the ground from something animal shaped while injured.

Hell, it's probably not even less than the tenth time.

Akira pulls Michael to the front of his mind, getting ready to cast Debilitate-

It's licking him. Is this just his life now? Akira laughs, breathless and pained, letting his head settle on the ground. He pulls on Ishtar instead and casts Mediarahan. It's too weakened to fully heal the wound but it starts to close it and the gentle healing energy dances over Byakko too in soothing green sparkles.

He lifts his clean hand to scratch at the tiger's jaw affectionately.]

No catnip today.

[Listen, Byakko doesn't understand the concept of first aid, it heals itself without too much trouble, y'all humans are Puny. But the laughter is assuring, and Byakko bumps it's head against Akira's chest, a soft stuttering growly huff escaping it's throat that doesn't sound angry at least.

The green light feels nice. It doesn't really need it, but it seems to be healing Akira which is what Byakko wants too. He leans into the scratches, nudging Akira again.

[The Foundation is so dumb sometimes. Positive training techniques work, people.

Akira casts another heal as he continues giving Byakko scratches and affection. God, he did not miss the 'spam Dia' days but here we are again.]

Just worried about me, huh? You're a good boy.

[They do indeed work sometimes, at least with this tiger. He'll settle himself around Akira for the moment, allowing himself to be scritched while making sure to protectively hover.

He doesn't like that this human is bleeding, but the ability he's using seems to be working at least.]
