There was only one week left in this game, if the Witch was to be believed.

Despite the trial and it's painful conclusion, everything had been quiet over the weekend.

And those that had been lost were supposed to come back on this day. Not only that, but their natural abilities were supposed to return to them this week...🗈

And, indeed, as they wake up on Monday morning - the feeling of their old, lost abilities filters back in.

One promise kept - so will the others be kept, as well? As the prospect of the final week in the game stretches out before them, there's a sense of anticipation in the air...along with the grim knowledge that this weekend, the investigation and trial will happen again.

At least it'll be for the last time, right?

I've worn this before, when I first arrived.

[Along with the massive cloak. Big enough to hide the dress, and the shackles. Which weren't exactly being hidden now.

But she smiles, and returns the bow. ]

Yes. There's no reason to wear it if you've already seen my face. I just need to remember to put it back on before we leave.

[She hesitates for a moment. Then tucks her hand around his arm.]

It's nice seeing these things. I didn't think I'd still be able to.
