WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

[ He's not particularly happy about it but all in all they turned out okay. That being said, for their trouble he did wish it had worked. ]

And it proves once again that they lied about something.

[ Not surprising given what they learned and it was obvious to him the people behind this "game" had clandestine intentions, but you know. ]

Seems like that's the norm, right...? There's definitely something really strange going on here.

Then after a moment he'll reach a hand out to him. ]

You probably don't want to lie down there for too long.

[He's definitely right about that--Minato doesn't want to lay in the snow any longer. He'll take that hand, slowly hauling himself up and brushing off the snow with a shiver.]

Ughhh... it's so cold out here.

[ He'll let go. ]

Let's go inside. This is really the worst place to end up catching a cold.

No complaints here.

[Tiiiime to go where it's warm.]

I'm ready to get warm again.

[A beat.]

Thanks for looking out for us.

[ He doesn't seem to be expecting the thanks, but he'll nod with a smile that he doesn't quite feel. ]

We don't really know each other, but it looks like we're in the same situation, and that's why we have to look out for one another.

That's right.

[A firm nod.]

Since we're all in this together, we have to do what we can for each other.

And maybe we'll be able to figure out a better plan of escape before the end of the week too.

[ He doesn't believe it'll be so easy, and likely impossible right now, but it doesn't mean that they shouldn't. ]

Thankfully Minato doesn't seem too bothered.]

Yeah, we can.
