WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

Trying something is better than not trying at all. I'm just- I was just a little bit worried when I heard the sound. If it's just being tired then I guess that's fine... but still! You shouldn't just go off and do something stupid like that without telling anyone!!

That's a fair scolding, so he takes that quietly, bowing his head.]

I'm sorry, Inaba-san. I didn't mean to worry you.

[He clears his throat.]

I'll let you know next time we get an idea like this.

She just sighs, pretty heavily but also relieved, slightly. ]

It's fine, okay? [ She's just like this. Even if someone told her not to worry, she would. ] But if you honestly do something like that again without telling anyone, I'm going to be doubly angry.

I guess everyone saw the explosion, huh...? I wasn't expecting such a big audience.

Kind of heard it before I saw it, but basically. Yeah. Kind of worries me when that happens.

... Yeah. I didn't want to give everyone even more to worry about here, when things are already stressful...

[He feels legitimately ashamed of that.]

Make sure you tell Kurusu that too, when he's done being dumb.

[ If he's not overhearing this, that is. ]

You probably don't need me to tell him. You're pretty persuasive yourself, Inaba-san.

I don't know about that, he seems like the type that would end up being contrary even if I told him not to do something stupid.

[messianic]

It's true that he's pretty fierce, but I think he's a lot smarter than that.

[A vague shrug, and Minato yawns.]

We'll both be careful though. I'll make sure of it.

Sounds like you two became fast friends.

I guess so...? He's been someone I can relate to, I suppose.

That's not necessarily a bad thing.
