WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

The staff's pretty good at getting stuff out of thin air.

[He's sure he could ask for a stretcher and they'd give him one. Iwai walks around, looking for anything that made the explosion]

Okay, mind tellin' what exactly you two were tryin' to do?

... We were trying to clear away the snow...

It didn't work.

If I didn't know better I'd think nothing happened here.

[He moves some snow with his boot. Nothing happens, so it isn't like the snow covered everything again]

How'd you get explosives anyway?

[UMMM.]

We...didn't. Magic might have been involved.

[geckodad]

...what?

[Iwai is entirely clueless how things took this turn. Magic. Really now]

Yeah... I know it sounds pretty weird, but that's the only explanation I've got.

[geckodad]

...you know what, I don't wanna know the details.

[Because he's sure he wouldn't understand anyways]

Can you stand up?

[Akira over there seems to be rather exhausted, from what Iwai talked with him...he's trying to check if Minato is just as tired]

I'll be able to soon.

[Probably.]

I'm just...a little tired right now.

[geckodad]

[Tired...well he can't blame that.

That's why later, when he brings the coffee Akira wanted, he also tosses a thermos in Minato's direction]

Dunno if you take coffee or not, but I brought you one anyway.

[... damn. Minato catches it willingly, blinking.]

Oh...thank you. That was kind of you.

[He does like coffee! And it also restores SP, so like. Win-win.]

Um... don't be too hard on Akira. [Softly:] I don't think he does well feeling trapped. I should have thought it through more too.

I know, he's the type to want to help others even if it puts him in danger. Even if you hadn't asked 'im to help or whatever he'd have done somethin' like this anyway.

[And chances are it'd have been much flashier than an explosion in middle of the ski slopes. Somehow]
