WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

Hmm. I haven't ever built a snowman before. We should try it! Let's motor and gets some supplies!

[ Snagging her arm to lead her to the gift shop. ]

[ Except it's too late as she's begin dragged over to the gift shop. Apparently this is happening now. ]

Just in case we get lost.

[ Maybe. Also just confirmation she's not alone. ]

What do you think we'll need for a snowman? Maybe a hat?

I'm not going to get lost, you know...

[ She's memorized the map already, it's fine!! ] A hat, maybe also a scarf and buttons? And a nose? People usually use carrots for that.

[whirlingmace]

Hey, maybe the staff can give us carrots.

[ Let's... not check the kitchen because they don't need that kind of hand. She'll snag a couple of hats though! ]

. . . you know what.

Why don't we just. Call them right now?

[ Just going to clear her throat, cup her hands over her lips and yell: ]

YO STAFF, ARE YOU THERE, BECAUSE I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE!!

You don't happen to have some carrots, do you? Uh. Real or fake ones. Preferably fake, because we were going to use it on a snowman.

They are like magic. DO you guys also have buttons we could use?

[And, soon enough, there's a fake carrot and some big black buttons.]

Is there anything else you need?

... Thanks? And no, I think we're good.

Yeah, I think we're more than good!

[ She'll put those in the hats she picked. Time to grab some scarves and roll on out! ]

[dereban]

[ GUESS WE'RE GOING OUT although she's definitely taking a scarf for herself... ]

So how big are we making our snowmen?

Super duper big! Bigger than me!

[ Who knows if that's even doable. She's putting down the supplies down to start gathering some snow. ]
