WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

[Iwai stared at the message for such a long while, wondering how exactly he should take or reply to this. Nonsense, really.

But...with everything that's going on...this seems serious]

Prove we should listen to you.

[Make things seem awful and then give an ally who isn't actually an ally but is going to push them further into the horror. That's a possibility, in Iwai's opinion]

Disbelieve me if you want - but don't be surprised when something happens Friday.

I don't doubt something will happen. What I do doubt is that you're on our side. So convenient for you to appear so shortly after we got told the rules here.

[He'd have distrusted the ghost anyway if it happened later, but...yeah, what better way to get people on your side than right after all the ugly rules they got told than give them a beacon of hope? It hasn't even been a day]

Look, I get it. If I were in your shoes, I'd be suspicious too.

But I'm not promising anything I can't give you. All I want is for as many people as possible to survive.

Pretty selfless, for someone who won't get anything out of it.

I don't need anything for trying to protect people. It's just the right thing to do.
