WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

[he keeps his hand pressed against his nose all the way up until they reach her room (which he enters without remorse nor hesitation)]

[he does, uh. spend a moment just kind of staring at the decor, though]

Hey, Moglin isn't a clown.

[ Rude Akira. She'll nudge him in the ribs after she lets him go. Heading to the bathroom to get a wash cloth to run it under water. This is something Mother would do. ]

Ze is a moogle.

Moogle. . .

[he repeats the word thoughtfully]

Moogles look like clowns.

[takes a seat on a nearby chair and continues to hold his bleeding nose until she gets back. his words, btw, are muffled by his hand]

[whirlingmace]

[ You come into her home and diss her moogle. ]

Or maybe clowns want to look like moogles.

[ She'll hand over the cloth to him. ]

[purrtagonist]

[takes it with a grateful look, sucking in a deep breath before he presses it against his nose to wipe away the blood.]

What are moogles?

[whirlingmace]

They are friends. [ She'll pick up the stuffed animal to show. ]

Moglin was our Class Moogle. Zhe helped us out with communication and gave us boring lectures, kupo!

[purrtagonist]

[. . . that explains nothing, but yeah okay. he'll accept it]

Is that a stuffed version of Moglin?

[whirlingmace]

Yup yup! The staff did this. It makes it a little less lonely.

[ Which means they are good people in her book. ]

[purrtagonist]

[. . . ah]

They just put a bunch of knives in my room.

[pulls the cloth away from his nose, which is no longer bleeding. hooray!]

[whirlingmace]

Maybe they wanted to be sure you could defend yourself.

[purrtagonist]

I am more than capable of doing that now.

[whirlingmace]

[ Says the guy who got owned by a wall. ]

[LISTEN. . . SHUT UP!1]

[whirlingmace]

[ Heheheeho. ]

They might be trying to look after you in their own way. I think that's nice.

[ The staff has won major points with her with the mooole offering. ]
