WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

[ He hates this expression so much. He hates the permission granted even more. Half of him considers stabbing this horrible imitation of a person here and now, but given the ominous situation...

What he ends up doing is sending a full-force kick with his heavy boots towards their stomach as he lets their collar go. ]

[The Staff member lets out a noise as they're kicked, falling to the floor -

And instantly vanishing.

The other Staff continue to smile at Kohaku, as if nothing happened.]

[ ... so hey, if he punches another in the face, will they vanish too?

Because we're doing that. ]

More will just take their place, smiling.]

[ This? This is THE WORST. The absolute worst thing he's ever seen and maybe he'd deal better with it if he hadn't just woken up from the worst real-feeling dream?

Well, we're not living in the timeline where he's dealing.

A few more staff members get poofed by kicks and punches, before a knife appears in his hands and we're going for stabbing. Hm. ]

Game select! [ and flat will quickly fire a gandr spell towards kohaku! be glad it's a low level spell, and it should only freeze him at most. ]

[ Maybe jumping in when someone's in a frenzy and already in the motion of stabbing someone else with expert ease, jumping in the middle is--- hm, a bad idea.

It would probably be a worse idea if there wasn't someone with convenient magic nearby, at least. Though Flat doesn't manage to immediately take the force out of Kohaku's motion, his arm freezes in movement pretty soon. The knife is likely to puncture Shirou's skin a bit, but deeper injuries were avoided!

And Kohaku's just here. Frozen. ]

Shirou is all about the bad ideas. And a bit of a scrape is honestly nothing. If this was his canon he'd be getting disemboweled.

Anyway, he's going to be trying to pry that knife out of his hand if he can.]

[ flat's pretty sure that he made the spell strong enough to only taser kohaku, so he should still be...conscious, sort of.

whether that's the case or not, flat will still go to kohaku's side, an uneasy expression on his face ]

I'm reeeeallyyy sorry for doing that, but I don't think we should go killing people! So just please stay there for a moment while Debbie takes your knife.

[ Well, someone here is stunned and thus not exactly capable of replying, but rest assured, he hates every second of the knife removal. ]

Once he's managed to get the knife, he's turning to look at Flat.]
