WEEK 1

You've found a safe haven from the wind and the snow - yet, perhaps you're not quite out of danger yet. The Resort Staff are odd, but seem harmless - jumping to any whim you might have, if it doesn't make them oddly lock up.

The weather all week is perfect - the perfect temp and snow for plenty of skiing. The firepit in the courtyard is always lit too, with ingredients for smores and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Though...in the halls, a strange bunch of songs keep playing from the hotel's sound system. Is whoever runs this place a weird cover song enthusiast?

So far, everything seems fine....but there's a weird sense of unease lingering over the Resort as everyone wakes up Monday Morning. Maybe that has something to do with that strange memory that popped in your head when you woke up? Or maybe it's that all of you woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, with no memory of how you got there?

In the end...even though everything should be fine, why does it feel like this is only the prelude to a nightmare...?

[The Staff member hurries off - and comes back with everything requested, smiling brightly despite the large CHUNK OF FLESH MISSING.

There is nothing inside of the wound - only a deep blackness.]

[ The flesh is alright. Kohaku really couldn't care less for looking at dead bodies or pieces of them.

But that blackness? Yeah, no. He's so not fucking with that. In fact, he's going to actively step back from the staff member. ]

[Szayel does two things very quickly. He takes a bite of the flesh before it can vanish and leans in close to look at that blackness]

[Szayel ignores Kohaku for the moment, savoring the meat and trying to pick out the individual flavors... He can't. It's like a cheap hot dog. But he knows human meat, and this is no human.

He swallows and licks his lips, taking note of the black fucking hole in the staff member. It reminds him of a Hollow's hole, to a certain extent]

And then this. The flesh has barely reached Szayel's face before she claps both hands to her mouth and baaaaacks way the fuck up.

Kind of pale, kind of looking like she might be sick, but mostly she's just staring.]
