The morning seemed so far away yesterday - yet, it also seems too soon when morning comes and you are all yet again ushered to the third floor by The Lady. The Captain is there, in all of his....wait, no, he's asleep.

The doors close, and...nothing happens. There's still the box labeled 'VOTES' in his lap on the couch, but...

On the table is a letter, that reads 'Only one person may be voted for execution this week. Please figure out who that will be during the time limit.'

As you finish reading that, music begins to play in the room...

Why would it change how it kills? It's pretty hard to beat spider powers already, I would have expected them to go with what works.

Could be a way to set up someone else, or maybe he was a tough customer.

[He didn't know Shirou well, but if he made it through this kind of thing before, then maybe.]

Or maybe Jorogumo only arrived after. Don't know why it wouldn't eat him, though.

That maybe the Jorogumo was covering up for the third mafia role.

Then we could use the body to work out how it kills.

That's possible, yes. A dog, a spider, and a soldier.

So...what would a soldier smell like, though? Blood? Gunpowder?

Well... Inaba had been killed and eaten. Maybe they covered Shirou up after.

We don’t know who the third mafia is, do we? The Jorogumo could be covering for a third killer.

We did get that puzzle this week, so you could be right. Maybe not knowing the kind of spirit they are will hinder us in some way.

It was a big deal when they said the Barghest's name, right? The role names are all pretty hush-hush. [on top of all the roles being hush-hush, but you know] And if we know who is killing, then we can choose execution methods and exorcism methods.

This is true too. If we know what they are, we might be able to reason out how to kill them, rather than having it be a random guess. That's more motivation to keep it secret.
