WEEK 3

Week three opens like the other two weeks, but when you wake up, you know there's been a change in the area. At first, nothing is wrong - but when you look at any window, you aren't greeted with the cheery sight of the outside - instead, there's just a cold, harsh blackness. Trying to leave out the doors is impossible, too - if you try, you just find yourself back on the couches in the lobby. On top of that....The Staff are beginning to act even stranger, their glitching out becoming more obvious. Sometimes, they seemingly go blank mid sentence and walk away, as if they were reset, and slur or stutter their words.

The weather is...well, non-existent, except for the courtyard, which is still pleasantly snowy. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. Yet, it doesn't seem like you're any closer to solving this...

And time still ticks onwards, regardless if you're ready or not.

Well when we figure out their identities we can ask 'em. And then torch 'em. How does that sound?

I think it defeats the point of asking to die if we just torch them, but I'm not against the idea of setting people on fire.

Wasn't really feeling down about it, but that does make me feel a bit more validated.

Wait- Hold on. You're planning on asking them to kill you? [Phil?? Hello???]

Yeah? Was- was that not what this conversation about? Asking the mafia to kill us?

Nooooo....?? At least, I really didn't think it was. Why would you even want the mafia to kill you?

I don't know? Better me than someone important like Rips I guess?

Better yet? Not you. Or anyone, for that matter. No one - especially you - is going up to the mafia to beg for death on my watch.

"Especially" me? Bennings I would crack a joke but I'm not sure why I especially don't deserve to die.

You're one of the few people I actually trust here.

And you dying isn't going to make our situation any better. In fact, it'll probably make it worse.

You trust me? But-why? I’m a horrible person!

Really? Because you don't seem that bad to me.

And I don't know, I guess you give off the same vibes as someone I know back at the outpost. Kind of a dick sometimes, but still trustworthy. [And hot.]

Although you don’t know about the time I stabbed a guy.

Look, when you're trapped in a timeloop you do a lot of desperate things to feel again. I'm sure I'm not the only person who would have done that.
