WEEK 3 MINGLE

Week three opens like the other two weeks, but when you wake up, you know there's been a change in the area. At first, nothing is wrong - but when you look at any window, you aren't greeted with the cheery sight of the outside - instead, there's just a cold, harsh blackness. Trying to leave out the doors is impossible, too - if you try, you just find yourself back on the couches in the lobby. On top of that....The Staff are beginning to act even stranger, their glitching out becoming more obvious. Sometimes, they seemingly go blank mid sentence and walk away, as if they were reset, and slur or stutter their words.
The weather is...well, non-existent, except for the courtyard, which is still pleasantly snowy. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.
On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. Yet, it doesn't seem like you're any closer to solving this...
And time still ticks onwards, regardless if you're ready or not.
MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

When it doesn't, he carefully slides the book back into place before continuing his quest. Minerva is dutifully following him around the room.
Whenever he's finished with the library, he heads to the soft room. Truly a popular spot today, isn't it? He looks pretty out of place decked out in his dark armor (and don't look at him, okay, some of the pillows were always ripped. It isn't the fault of the sharp bits on his armor) and... honestly, looks really uncomfortable no matter where he sits. He moves around the room trying to find a spot that suits him only to end up on the floor reading a book.
minerva is with him, but she's resting under a pile of blankets. ]
[ wild card prompts are okay too! o7 ]

[Tsumugi's never seen Minerva before, so she's getting looked at with pure awe and barely restrained fan girl glee.]
Is she yours, Gerome-kun?
no subject
[ Look to your heart's content, Tsumugi! Gerome may be prickly, but Minerva doesn't seem bothered. For now. ]
no subject
[Not that she has any other real dragons to compare her too, but still.]
no subject
[ An amendment to the previous statement. Gerome is prickly except when talking about the very few things he likes. ]
library
He slowly looks back over his shoulder. ]

Am I interrupting?

[ Chu-Chu quickly shoves the rest of his cracker into his mouth and springs to his feet, ready for action.
Just in case you try to take it.
From his chipmunk cheeks. ]

[ He only "speaks" wyvern!! From Chu-Chu's body language though, he can tell something is amiss. Looking at the book again, deeply contemplating putting it back. ]

He's about to bolt for it like he's one jump ahead of the breadline until he gets to the edge of the shelf where he can actually see around the books, and notices what looks to be a small dragon nearby??
Fuck!! What if that dragon also wants to eat his cracker!!!
...or him!!!! ]
no subject
Annnd, honestly, valid concern there because Minerva absolutely would try to eat him. If not eat, then chase for entertainment. He probably doesn't wanna get caught by her, but since he noticed her...
Well, now she's turning to look up at the shelf with a flick of her tail. Oblivious to Minerva's now acute awareness of Chu-Chu, Gerome continues to look on at Chu-Chu. ] You seem frazzled. Is there something wrong? ... Perhaps you'd like to get down?
soft room!
How close can Rean get to Gerome before he's detected by either of them!? Let's find out.]
no subject
Right now? He can get pretty close. When he's about half of an arm's length away, Minerva pops her head out of the blanks and cries out. She lets out one breath of fire (she's no where near close enough to Rean to hit him, it's more of a warning than anything) but Gerome?
Gerome whirls around and ends up slapping his hand against Rean's cheek. By accident. ] What—?! Rean, why are you—
no subject
S-sorry! I wasn't really sure if you were sleeping or something, so I thought I'd check first. It looks like I should've asked Minerva first, though.
library;
Need help looking for a book?

... I suppose a suggestion or two wouldn't hurt.

[ Roxas has been trying to read them, even though his attention kind of has wandered at times. He's a kid, what do you expect...he definitely plans on reading them again later too, though. ]
no subject
[ Who could blame him, really. Those books are bound to be stuffy and difficult to parse. ]
no subject
[ They are, it's awful. ]
no subject
[ It's also awful. ]
no subject
[ Roxas then holds one of the books out to Gerome. ]

... So long as you expect nothing. I may have an affinity, but it's nothing compared to my mother's—she's the one who belonged to the clergy in her youth.

Sorry, I didn't mean to insinuate she was your pet, I've just never seen one before actually.
