WEEK 3

Week three opens like the other two weeks, but when you wake up, you know there's been a change in the area. At first, nothing is wrong - but when you look at any window, you aren't greeted with the cheery sight of the outside - instead, there's just a cold, harsh blackness. Trying to leave out the doors is impossible, too - if you try, you just find yourself back on the couches in the lobby. On top of that....The Staff are beginning to act even stranger, their glitching out becoming more obvious. Sometimes, they seemingly go blank mid sentence and walk away, as if they were reset, and slur or stutter their words.

The weather is...well, non-existent, except for the courtyard, which is still pleasantly snowy. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. Yet, it doesn't seem like you're any closer to solving this...

And time still ticks onwards, regardless if you're ready or not.

i don't know. they had to leave and do vocal training. i think it's because they're an actor. they work with like, little... kids? little godzilla kids???

What kind of training does a godzilla do? Godzilla kids??

[She could probably keep asking questions until their common doomsday and still keep going, but she's going to show some restraint. Sort of.]

... I wonder if we could talk to them more once they're done training. It kind of sounds like they're not under the same rules we are.

and they gave me a HUGE cookie before they left :9

It really does sound like they're prepared for kids...

[Even godzilla kids like cookies, apparently. Cookie Gojira truly is the bridge between humans and other universes...? There are so many mysteries here. The most important part is that Nanashi is an honorary godzilla kid now or something.]

They live in the resort, right? I'm guessing the second floor.

[The place they weren't allowed to go before. There's more exploring to do.]

I think we'd notice them a lot more if they came downstairs. Like the oil monsters.

[Who seems to always be downstairs. Are they sure that guy doesn't actually live in the jacuzzi.]

But you guys were stuck down on the ground floor too? That's unexpected.

Right. Granz-san told me you guys couldn't go outside even before this week, so...

[That might not be entirely the limitations Nanashi is referring to, especially since apparently the outside was a fake cover for the void anyway, but still.]

But there are things you can do as ghosts that we can't, right?

It really does sound like a different plane of existence. Like a different dimension. Honestly, at this point I'm not even sure you guys are ghosts.

[Like, what kind of ghost is solid and wears clothes and eats and...]

Come to think of it, do you guys sleep? Or do you just wander around at night...

[That sounds kind of creepy, but well.]

Somehow it sounds like so much extra work to be a ghost...

[Not only do they have to do all these living things, they also have to work at being visible.

They also can communicate only through text, but that isn't such a big minus in her view.]
