WEEK 3

Week three opens like the other two weeks, but when you wake up, you know there's been a change in the area. At first, nothing is wrong - but when you look at any window, you aren't greeted with the cheery sight of the outside - instead, there's just a cold, harsh blackness. Trying to leave out the doors is impossible, too - if you try, you just find yourself back on the couches in the lobby. On top of that....The Staff are beginning to act even stranger, their glitching out becoming more obvious. Sometimes, they seemingly go blank mid sentence and walk away, as if they were reset, and slur or stutter their words.

The weather is...well, non-existent, except for the courtyard, which is still pleasantly snowy. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. Yet, it doesn't seem like you're any closer to solving this...

And time still ticks onwards, regardless if you're ready or not.

Time for stupid shit! (Never Had I Ever)

[After Phil and Medic snuck in some drinks, Phil suddenly stands up.]

Well since we're done talking about the kids, who's up for a round of Never Have I Ever?

we're done talking about the kids which means we steal the games from the kids?

[He's down though. He vaguely remembers in the early years of working on the RED team, they'd all occasionally get drunk enough to play games like this. He also remembers that they stopped letting him join after a while, which is probably unrelated]

An Easy Start

[It takes Medic a while to think of something suitable. He wracks his brain for a bit before coming up with something he remembers from playing years ago.]

Never have I ever been blackout drunk.

[The only one who can drink him under the table is a certain Scotsman whose blood can give you alcohol poisoning.]

[Iwai leaves the booze alone. He has restraint and therefore hasn't ever experienced that, you know!]

[Snake takes a drink with a hnnrrgrghhhhhh, already looking like he's having no fun at all.]

Ironic, making us drink to that.

[Ever since he was a kid the police were a common sight for one reason or another, pretty much]

Do you mean the police are constantly watching you? Constantly? That seems unreasonable.

They're not a permanent constant in life, but they're very nosy when they are!

[After at least one round of questions, Medic decides to speak up again.]

[An obvious one, but one he's pretty sure is gonna catch some people. RIP all the bisexual people in the room]

I probably did at some point in my 'life', but I haven't really dated at all in my current incarnation. It's not... something Hollows do.

[He wouldn't dream of dragging someone into the mess his life was, woman or not]

[Sometime during all of this, Ripley makes her way back into the room with a bowl of noodle soup and stops dead in the doorway. Her eyes dart from the alcohol to the group of adults huddled around and taking shots.]

I literally left for ten minutes. Where did you get those drinks?

[She's...not mad, she's just disappointed.]

[Medic thinks. And he thinks. And when it comes back to him, he grins- something only the other ghosts can see. He leans forward, his hands steeped, and says-]
