Week 2 Mingle

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.
The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.
On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.
Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

If nothing else, this toplevel proves they were made for each other. The doves gather around curiously. A few of them peck at the meat as if interested, then abandon it in search of actual pigeon food.
Only one seems genuinely interested- it's not hard to guess that it's Archimedes. He immediately picks up a large chunk of flesh and starts to eat, tearing it into smaller pieces with his toes... and then, he stops. He swallows.
He looks up at Snake. There is a long, uncomfortable period of direct eye contact.
Archimedes will remember this.
Archimedes abandons the meat and flies up into a tree, not even looking at Snake. It seems like eating his own dad is a boundary not even this bird wanted to cross.]
cw: cannibalism mention
Archimedes, no!
[The bird has gone, and Snake can’t blame him. It’s like if someone had tried to feed him Big Boss’s charred remains. Cooking him was difficult enough.
If Archimedes wants to come back some day for revenge, he would accept that. He understands.]

Snake will get a hard peck to the ear, but otherwise Archimedes seems to have gotten over his brief temper tantrum over consuming his own dad.
Just remember- this incident hasn't been forgotten. Merely accepted as an honest mistake to make.]

Snake grunts at the pecking, but accepts his punishment. Whilst Archimedes is here, he might as well clear the air as best he can, breaking the silence with a grumble.]
...Sorry. Thought you two would’ve been on the same page on that.
[Unless Medic wouldn’t want to be eaten by birds???]

He seems to understand, though. After a brief pause, he preens at a few stray hairs by Snake's ear.]

Think he would've liked it?
[You know. In spite of things. Archimedes knows him best, after all.]

Archimedes, however, isn't a particularly normal bird.]

Good.
[There, Archimedes, you get a little...head...pat.]
I was hoping so.
