WEEK 2

With the nature of this 'game' out, the resort might not look so welcoming anymore. The staff are still ready to jump in and serve guests in any way they can, provided a request doesn't make them short-circuit, and the resort itself seems as warm and cheery as usual. But everyone knows the truth now. This resort is hiding some pretty big secrets, and it's only a matter of time before someone else turns up dead.

The weather is holding steady, at 'cold but still safe for outdoor activities'. The temperature seems to be dipping lower each day, though, and the previously-blue sky is starting to stay grey more often than not. Could that signal an approaching snowstorm? Who know. There is still music playing in the halls, and the cover songs continue with some low-key music for the week.

On Monday morning, another memory is returned to everyone. Another piece to the puzzle, one step closer to finding the truth of this place. But it might not be enough to put everything together yet, that might take some more time.

Most importantly, everyone needs to get to know each other. This 'game' is one of 'know your enemies', and your very survival depends on knowing when someone is acting odd.

Sledding? I don't think I've ever done anything like that before.

[ So this place has been entirely a baby's first snow type of deal, just because he hasn't really been to a snowy place physically yet. And so...sledding and fun-type snow activities? What are those??

Those blue eyes of his are definitely looking expectantly at her too, so it looks like it's up to her to teach him a new fun thing! ]

Oh, you haven't? It's so fun, though!

Well, better late than never! Let me see where we get the sleds.

No, never.

[ Well, he's ready to follow. ]

It is? How does it work?

It's pretty easy! You've just gotta get your sled to the edge of the slope, sit down, push yourself off, and hang on tight!

[AH, HERE THEY ARE... she's gonna head on over!]

Wait, really? That's it?

[ Roxas looks around but he doesn't know what a sled looks like, so he leaves it to her to pick it out. ]

Yeah! It's simple, but satisfying, and pretty much anyone can do it!

[hmmm... yeah, this one looks appropriately Roxas sized. It's black, but black's easy to find if you lose it...]

This one looks good, right?

Yeah, I like that one.

[ Kind of predictable, but it's fineeee. He gets to potentially have some fun? ]

I can grab this one while you go and grab one for yourself?

Yeah, alright! And then we'll go and head to the hill!

[hmm... she goes and picks a bright blue one! why not? and then she heads on over to the sledding area.]

[ He follows right along with her. ]

Is there a lot of snow back at your home?

Well, not where I live, exactly, but my cousin spent a lot of time in a really snowy place. He might be a little bit better at sledding than me because of that, but that's only because he had a little more time to practice.

Your cousin...? Who's that?

[ He doesn't think he's ever heard her speak about family before... ]

Oh, Owain's my cousin! So I've known him pretty much my whole life.
