ROUND 5 WATCHING POST
Everyone who was there in some shape or form for the meeting on March 1st gets a notice that soon, the location where they'll have to go to watch what happened in the Winchester Incident will be made available for them. Frisk requests a list of those going to see what happened, but doesn't seem to discourage high numbers.
And shortly before the 30th, those that signed up will finally get a name and place - The Hayes Mansion, only a little bit away by drive from the Winchester House. As they drive, the more magically inclined might be able to sense a powerful barrier emanating from the direction the Winchester House is located, though they'll be unable to see anything.
Arriving there, they'll find that any and all other guests have been removed from the Hotel resort, and there's a sign on the door saying that it is Closed for major renovation and fumigation, which would explain the outfits you were given to be 'seen' walking into the place with, as well as all the vans and 'containers' you were told to put your belongings into.
Once inside, a helpful staff member directs you to put the costumes into a specific bin for collection- unless, of course, you would like to keep wearing them - and then another directs you to the front desk, where a pleasant, yet authoritative man is waiting.

Week 5 - Tuesday
So
Unless Tages is completely invisible / untraceable, and/or living in the walls, it is extremely likely that "Tages" is one of the remaining agents.
Which means, regardless of Agent Frisk's feelings on the matter, there is no reason to risk a rescue mission.
There are no worthwhile leaders in that house.

but i still want to try to save the people inside if we can.

plus, this is a foundation mission, so i don't know if we're actually allowed to just give up when we haven't reviewed all the materials yet.

... that said, it isn't over until it's over, and you're right. We cannot jump to conclusions until all the data is in.
It is looking extremely bleak, though, you understand.

But I will be recommending to Master Watanuki that we here at the shop keep our distance.

We should just find a way to eliminate the entire thing -- from a distance -- and hope it sets them free. It is not worth it.

also reminder that we aren't going in completely blind like they were; we have more options
no subject
But if your purpose was to try and save these people from their fate... Well. I am still not optimistic.

And as Yoshi suggested, we can look for Red as well.
no subject
But if it were me, I'd be investing significantly more energy into tracking down Red than trying to infiltrate the Winchester Mansion.
no subject
But I do want to save them if I can. At the very least, I refuse to do nothing. Not to mention that blowing up the place might make matters worse rather than better.
no subject
AND DO NOT DESTROY THE MANSION WHAT IF THAT'S THE ONLY THING KEEPING THE CURSE IN
no subject
.... blowing it up MIGHT spread the infestation further afield. I should look into implosion or micro black hole options.

we're not working with an ideal solution we're just trying not to get ducked over and if it's one of these ghost morons or the clown we go with whoever the fuck tages ghost is
we can't throw all out energy into looking for red until we know for sure we have tages safe
no subject
Red would make a much better choice.
no subject
but if we give up looking for tages just to split our forces and fail at finding red were fucked
were in a shitty position up against an opponent thats already wiped out a fuckton of agents and if we dont beat it the clow gets control of the foundation
its shitty odds but at least we have some info on tages instead of just wandering in circles with our thumbs up our asses going "where the fuck is red"
