Week 4

It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[He suddenly claps a hand over his mouth, before sighing and looking sulky.]

....Inaba, could you pretend you didn't hear that last part? For me? Hm...?

[ and there's the mischevious shit-eating grin. ]

And nope. I don't have any good reason not to talk.

[ is she.

trying to blackmail Moriarty. ]

...Are you attempting to blackmail me, James Moriarty? The man who once ruled london's underbelly - the feared spider and Napoleon of crime...?!

[He draws himself up, looking quite intimidating - his eyes flashing at her.]

Perhaps.

[ she sees that intimidating look and just throws him a rather carefree smile.

maybe she should be intimidated, but she sure as hell isn't gonna show it on her face. ]

I doubt that I'd succeed, but I should at least get a gold star for making an attempt.

[hatesdeerstalkers]

[There's a deep, deep pause -

before he suddenly laughs, and just. reaches out to pat her on the head.]

You've got quite the iron will, don't you? Wahahahaha!

[dereban]

[ and that just. . .

causes her to let out a noise of surprise. ]

Eh?

[ she's so confused? ] I don't think you can really call it that. . .

Hm? Why not? You're attempting to blackmail me - and I could very easily retaliate in a myriad of ways, after all!

[His smile becomes a little...sharper, a little more full of teeth.]

A part of me is actually now morbidly curious, but I doubt you'd tell me.

And you're quite correct! Now then - unless you'd like to keep trying, I believe we're done here?

Even if I pressed I wouldn't get anything. I'm not the right person for this, and I know a losing battle when I see one.

[ as much as she'd like to push, she knows that she won't get anywhere.
