Week 4
It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.
The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.
Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

There. Did I miss anything?

It looks perfect.

I'm glad. And- I'm sure they'll appreciate it, too.
[Wherever they are now...]

... Do you think they're watching us.

I hope so.
[Her own answer is just as quiet. But she really can't think of how...]

Now that it's mostly done... I.... I've been thinking about what I want to say.
[he then moves to sit on his knees between the bench and the flowerbed, his head lowered.]
I don't know if you guys can hear me... and I'd bet some of you would probably just laugh at me for being this way -- Azula. But I hope... wherever you are... if you went home, or went somewhere else... I hope you're safe and at peace. I'm sorry... especially to you, Aqua. I'm sorry we couldn't see how much Sandalphon was hurting, how desperate he was... Akechi... [tears well up in his eyes] Of everyone on this board, I miss you the most. Akira and Moriarty, they're really hurting, too... I just.... I feel so hopeless. I feel like... all the light is gone from inside me. Like I might as well be dead, too. I keep going, but I don't know. It's all automatic, like I'm dreaming. [it's not the first time he's voiced his emotions out loud, but somehow it's more cathartic here. He wipes at his eyes, sniffling] I wish I was just dreaming.

Sandalphon... I shouldn't have treated you so lightly. And Aqua... I'm sorry. I'm sorry I didn't try harder. I'm so sorry we failed you.
And Goro... [Oh, Goro. What even is there to say?] You really were like a little brother to me. I still can't-- believe you're gone.
[She has to suck in a breath.]
I know we have to keep moving on. That's what I always have to do. But I never wanted to have to move on from you. You changed so much in the time we knew each other, and... and I hoped to see how else you would for even longer.
[But that time was cut short, and so cruelly.]

They can cry in silence together.]
