Week 4

It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[Ingway gives him an unreadable look]

[He looks back, still also unreadable.]

You wouldn't ask him here if you were considering it. Who are you trying to give ideas, James?

[hatesdeerstalkers]

Give ideas? Why, I haven't the foggiest of what you mean.

[He merely closes his eyes, with an enigmatic smile.]

All I wished was for a mere clarification. What others do with this information is none of my business, after all.

[darkova]

[The gears in his head are turning]

Though... if asked here... before someone has the chance to ask him in private- that does mean there's no sneaking about, hoping that our assumption of how this offer works will lead us to a wrong conclusion later.

[He quiets down, but he's watching you Mr.]

[He nods to Moriarty.]

[ He stare. But also shakes his head]

...You needn't shake your head at me, Silver. I merely wished to know the extent of the motive.

[ He believes Moriarty about as far as he could throw him with his arms and not PK. Not far. ]

Just don’t get any ideas. If someone really wants to go home... they need to suck it up and do it themselves.

I'm insulted that you would even think I would!

[There's that mock offendedness, but...it's a little lacking in heart.]

Still, the knowledge that it's possible may cause others to take the motive.

I'm sure a lot of the people who... would use the reward but couldn't get away with the murder... I'm sure none of them deserve to go home, anyway.

Hm? You speak as if you have suspicions already, Silver.

[a wry, humorless smile;] I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about.

...Hahaha.

[He laughs, though he's also a little quiet.]

Should I worry about you, instead?

You know me better than that, Mori. I'd have to kill someone and get away with it. [his tone implies that the likelihood of that happening is about the same as Moriarty spontaneously turning into a flying cactus]

I do! But I was speaking more of...you potentially becoming a victim, you see.

[He looks sad at the thought - and he also sounds rather concerned.]

[he gives a small smile, this one a bit more genuine] Well. I can promise you I wouldn't go down without a fight.

[Leo's been quiet through the motive announcement and all the talk, and he stays silent even then, but he tenses and grits his teeth. If anybody touches Silver....]
