Week 4

It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[ he's in his cyan shirt???? ]

Sometimes clothes says a lot about a person.

[ He'll pick up the old person hat to hold it up as if to imagine it. ]

Like this would be better with the old guy.

[ ugh just the talk of moriarty makes him uncomfortable. he frowns. ]

[ That's interesting. ]

Still not getting along?

[ he closes his eyes ]

It’s been a long time since I’ve met a man like that.

[ Point on the figure where the man offends you ]

Someone with so much malice.

[ There's a pause and then he'll tilt his head. ]

You don't seem to mind me.

You’re different— to me, at least. Not that you’re not dangerous, I know you are. But while you’re a build up of negative emotions, that man, is...

[ he falls silent, thinking. ]

He’s cold. He really is like a spider, with a nearly invisible web— we won’t know if we’re caught in his web, and by that time, it’ll be too late. Maybe it already is.

[ Have you seen Moriarty with Akira and Goro? ]

Ah. Because he's the one with plans, back-up plans, and back-up back-up plans.

[ It's okay, he kind of gets it. ]

Pretty sure he's not your enemy here.

If I was his enemy, I'd be dead.

[ he still remembers the time he learned that dazai was not dazai-- it takes all his strength not to shudder. ]

Or at least that's how it works in the books. [ he sighs. ] Either way, I doubt he'll wear the hat. But it's yours now, so do whatever you want with it.

[ Maybe he'll get Akira to give it to him.

Putting the hat on. ]

Maybe I should hope you become enemies then.

[ He says it like maybe it's a joke. ]

After we're done with this... mission.

[ If you can even call it one. ]
