Week 4

It finally happened. Someone murdered, and was punished for it. After a particularly grueling trial, one much worse than the games ever were, everyone definitely needed the rest of the weekend to rest up. But now it is Monday once more, and that means it is time to get back to 'work'.

The cameras have moved again, and the contestants will need to be careful where they say what until their new locations have been revealed. In addition to that, the house itself seems to have changed, with its usual colorful appearance suddenly a bit more grey. Even the weather seems to be gloomy, with those storm clouds from last week starting to overcast the area, threatening to drop rain.

Seventeen contestants remain in this game of death. How many more will fall before the game is over? And how many more will be driven to murder?

[ she hums a little bit; it's evident that she doesn't seem all that bothered about what happened over the weekend herself. ]

Maybe I need to bring back the icebreaker bonding games, or maybe we should just do something relaxing and fun for once.

A gathering without some kind of dire news sounds good.

Though... May I ask a favor of you?

[ a beat ]

Huh? What kind of favor?

If you do host a gathering... would you ask Silver to assist you?

[dereban]

[ . . .

oh. she thinks she gets the reason for it and lets out a small breath and smiles. ]

Sure. I don't mind.

[darkova]

[The smile makes him blush, like he was caught doing something he shouldn't be]

You have my thanks.

[dereban]

[ she cants her head to the side at the blush before amusement flits onto her features. ]

It's fine. I'm just glad someone's looking out for him.

[COME ON HE HAS A REP TO MAINTAIN???]

He was there for me at my lowest point... I am just not good at... helping with these kinds of things.

It's fine if you aren't. Nobody has to be perfect at everything, you know?

[darkova]

Agreed. We should all do our part.

[dereban]

Yeah. If we can't, then we're absolutely screwed.

[darkova]

...I fear we may be 'screwed' regardless.
