Week 3 Mingle

The last week has brought the first spilled blood. Three of the contestants are gone, with the promise of more to fall soon. The atmosphere around the house will start to get heavy around Wednesday, which is when the first game of the week is. It's almost like the house knows something is up...

The conspiracy is beginning to unravel. Dazai isn't Dazai, and the cracks are forming in his act. But that act must be held up, or the Foundation will be brought in to take control of the game. Now everyone must play the part and act like everything is normal, at least on camera. That stress of always performing is bound to make someone crack eventually.

Once again, the cameras and microphones change. The contestants will have to search out new spots for their secret conversations. Even one wrong step, one wrong word, and it's all over for this group. Everyone is watching, and they need to play their roles.

They better keep an eye out too, because storm clouds are starting to loom over the area, both figuratively and literally.

I mean yeah, it's hard to believe.

[It's a little surprising, perhaps, though Nora perhaps even more surprisingly isn't bothering to pursue it. It's just one of those things that he driveby prods, like casually kicking a weed on the side of the road and squinting when it bounces back.]

And it ain't dissecting, that's just me being pissed off because they make no damn sense. Either way... even if the whole thing gets followed through on, ya really don't think this Lucifer of yours is going to stand a chance?

[He does hold some modicrum of self-awareness when it comes to how he appears to people, so it's a lack of surprise bonanza here.

There's an instinctive, noticeable bristling at the suggestion despite how mildly Nora worded the question, but oddly enough it quickly evaporates into something more thoughtful instead.]

There's no doubt in my mind that he would be more than a match for anyone who would dare attack him head on.

[Self-awareness is amazing and something that Nora could really stand to steal more of but will he? Probably not. Especially not from present company, anyway. He is watching all of the bristling and the changes in expression, though, in his own way, all the same.]

So what's the problem here. Anybody not goin' head on? They pretty much broadcast this entire goddamn thing to every Foundation site or whatever, I'm just sayin'.

The file said this was only being broadcast to Site 4. There's no guarantee anyone else within the organization will know.

Furthermore, what makes you think the ones they threatened are still roaming free? Or that they don't already have some sort of contrivance prepared to hinder them? The Foundation may be incompetent and idiotic, but I'll give them credit for their paranoia.

[Honestly even if he acknowledged literally anyone here as a senpai he's shown a remarkable ability to only learn negative and unfortunate traits from senpai in the first place, which may account for his entire personality or at least half.]

Ha! You're only lookin' at the file 'cause you don't know how the Foundation grapevine works!!

[AKA how much gossip has Nora soaked up, probably a lot. He still doesn't know a ton about the site itself, but there's been so many irregularities it probably doesn't matter anyway. He pauses for a moment.]

--I GUESS they coulda rounded up the lot while they were at it, but that's even more people than we've got crammed into this stupid House? Somebody woulda noticed, plus, I'll laugh if they can even contain half the fuckers in these photos.
