Just like before, you all get up in the morning...but you know that after today, there will be less of you.

The Lady appears again, leading you all up the stairs to the third floor, past whatever glimpses of the upper floors you might get. This time, it's to a chapel - where a screen near the altar is already playing a video, the sound of the most beautiful instrument in the world washing over you all as you take a seat in the pews.

The Lady puts down some tarp near the altar, as if expecting this to get messy. When she's finished, she sets her gaze on all of you, her beautiful somehow awful during this moment before someone dies.

"Good morning. Shall we begin this execution?"

[The Lady continues speaking once she's certain she has everyone's attention, as Medic arrives, flanked by The Captain and another Staff member.]

Every execution needs an executioner. Though I suspect the picking may have been rigged - [She glances at The Captain, who shrugs] - I will honor it anyway,

Phil Connors. You have been chosen as The Medic's executioner tonight. Please join me and your victim up before the Altar.

[Without waiting for a response, she continues -]

Please pick from one of these methods of execution: Hanging, Drowning, Stabbing, Strangling, Immolation, Electrocution, or the Iron Maiden. You have ten minutes to decide.

[uuunlike yesterday, when his anger boiled over like a pot of pasta, Akira is. . . relatively calm as they file into the chapel. he takes a seat in one of the pews and watches, arms folded and legs crossed, the opaque lenses of his glasses hiding his expression. the only evidence that this whole charade doesn't sit right with him is the way his fingers dig tightly into his upper arm, knuckles white]

[. . . anyway also he's a little bruised today?? there's a cut on one of his cheeks, too. and if someone is paying attention, they may notice the white splash of bandages poking out from underneath one sleeve.]

[His hand - covered in small cuts - curls into a fist until his knuckles turn white, then relaxed, only to repeat the motion, his eyes turning to the ground]

They made it clear they won't accept anyone not playing by their rules.

[ She pinches the bridge of her nose in frustration, frowning. If she can focus on Cinque, she doesn't have to watch the execution, because this is just. It's bad. Extremely bad. ]

But I don't know if you could call this fancy. They're playing a video with a song on Otamatones for crying out loud.

[ Honestly, Inaba can't help but grimace. She hates this!! ]

[Shirou today is looking quite grim and even more serious than usual, but otherwise calm.

When he sits down, it's a bit gingerly, like maybe someone who's got some serious bruises and strains. Hm.]

I'm not Christian, so I wouldn't know.

[Medic, on the other hand, looks fairly enthused.]

Oh, don't worry about that. I don't mind. Just make it interesting for me- I've been stabbed and set on fire more times than I can count, so no to both of those. Iron maiden would be interesting, but I've heard it's a slow way to die, and I don't want Archimedes to have to watch that.
