MOCK ROUND INTRO LOG
Welcome to
This game is just a trial run, but please do not think you can sleep through this. The Witch fully intends to put the system through its paces, so please put up a good fight.
The difficulty level depends on you. Think deeply on your moves during this short play time.
You wake with a start - even if you don't remember falling asleep in the first place - and find yourself standing on the dock of what looks like an island. There's a noise behind you - and if you turn to look, you'll see a plain white boat taking off and leaving you all behind, not stopping for a second if you try to flag them down or scream at them.
It doesn't look like you can swim to shore, either - there's nothing but sea in all directions, and something tells you trying to swim out will end up badly. However, a small dip, if you were so inclined, would be fine. It's not like the weather is bad for it - it feels like it's summer, despite whatever it was when you laid eyes on the envelope.
...Speaking of, Every last one of you have an envelope in your hands, with a gold letter 'L' on it. It's the same letter you were reading before you 'woke' up here, after all. More than that, those of you who had supernatural or magical abilities will feel...strange, as if your abilities are being forcibly blocked. Try as you might, you just can't use them - though all of your physical abilities are intact, of course.
If you decide to head up the path, you'll find Goat....men? waiting for you near the doors to the mansion. Despite their bright red eyes, they merely bow politely and wordlessly bring you into the mansion, showing you your rooms and then stating that they will prepare food for you or anything else you should need whenever you want, in surprisingly deep voices.
As they leave, you can't help but wonder...
What did you just get yourself into?
Mock Round Calendar!
The taken page still requires a little coding, but it should be done by sometime today.
Thank you for your patience!

So for the culprit, they can win by either making everyone go along with your explanation, or pinning the blame on someone else in the group?

And there's a penalty for us if we go with the easy way out and say you did it. I guess that's one way to encourage people...

[Ahaha... still, with a flick of his fingers, he produces a rose entirely by sleight of hand and offers it to her.]
Well, that's everything I can think of for now. Thank you for explaining everything, Lady Lambdadelta.

....Well, maybe I might with someone else, or Bern. But that's only if they've really made me mad....or they're Bern.
[When she says 'Bern', there's a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her lips - one that's not as mischievous as the ones she's been showing everyone else.
She takes the rose, giggling a little.]
...You know, a trick like that might be called 'magic' in another situation.

[With some smoke, it has the right amount of flash and pizzazz, and that's about all the untrained eye needs to see.]
But who's Bern?
no subject
[Oh no honey you opened the can of worms. Lambda's eyes light up, and she practically spins around.]
Bern is my darling! She's the only one in existence who's ever defeated me! Aaah, I love her so much - and I also love when I see her cute little face twisted in anger when something doesn't go her way~ She's so cute, I just want to shove her into a box and slowly close the walls bit by bit every day~

[He'll make a note of that, then! But then Lambda goes on about Bern and, um. Well.]
I=is that so...?

[She gives him a wide grin - and then a light pat on the back.]
Do your best during the game, okay?
no subject
[He gives a soft laugh, but it's pretty clear he actually doesn't have any desire to know said secrets. What. What are you two even doing.]
You can count on me, Lady Lambdadelta!
