Week 3: Sleepover with Karaoke!

[The weekend is ever-creeping towards them, which means it's time for another gathering -- this time in the newly-accessible second floor, which comes with some of the amenities of the first but better. The soft room is pretty much ideal for this sort of thing, and if there are any windows someone's probably hung a blanket against the void.

Extra kotatsu from long-ago sleepovers have been brought up, there are snacks and drinks scattered amongst the endless blanket nests and pillow forts, and karaoke and the animal cafe are just next door. They can choose to head out for those attractions or bring in the pet animals of the cafe if they'd like. Anything is possible if you believe.]

[Just glancing over at him quietly. It's not as surprised as it could be. A second chance, huh?]

[ He looks over... She's most likely observant enough to see the strain within the smirk. ]

[For a moment she seems uncertain of how to proceed -- and then she nudges the capybara in the top hat that's been sitting next to her in the right direction, and it trundles over to plop next to Vanitas and probably prod him a little with its snout. That helps, right.]

[ He blinks... and glances down at it.

Uhhh...





There's an incredibly awkward pause before he gently pokes at its side... ????? ?? ]

[The capybara doesn't budge. It's a large animal, a poke ain't doing anything.

It does, however, glance over and..... start grooming Vanitas' hair. Hey, mostly-hairless creature, your fur is sticking up all over the place.

[ He makes a quiet sound, shifting a little against the grooming. Wh... at...

Though, is there really any saving these spikes...? It's a Good Effort, at least. ]

[This capybara is patient enough to keep at this all day. Is Vanitas?

Aoi, meanwhile, is hiding something of a half-smile across from him. Serious circumstances notwithstanding, capybaras interacting with people is always hilarious. It's just particularly funny in this instance because he looks like he's never dealt with a herbivore nomming at his hair in his life. She'll give him a small wave if he looks over.]
