Week 3: Sleepover with Karaoke!

[The weekend is ever-creeping towards them, which means it's time for another gathering -- this time in the newly-accessible second floor, which comes with some of the amenities of the first but better. The soft room is pretty much ideal for this sort of thing, and if there are any windows someone's probably hung a blanket against the void.

Extra kotatsu from long-ago sleepovers have been brought up, there are snacks and drinks scattered amongst the endless blanket nests and pillow forts, and karaoke and the animal cafe are just next door. They can choose to head out for those attractions or bring in the pet animals of the cafe if they'd like. Anything is possible if you believe.]

I write a lot more poetry than I do while sober, and everything is a lot funnier.

[Of course he would know the answer.]

That said, drinking really isn't that special. I got dragged around by my bosses all the time, and it's expensive. And kind of dull.

Sometimes! Ichigo writes too, so he got me to start doing it again.

He kind of showed me a poem the first time we talked. Maybe you could show me a poem sometime, too?

[He is stuttering in nervousness, but his smile is a genuine one.]

I'd like to. I'm a writer too, after all.

I don't write poetry, but I write articles for my club.

So more technical writing? That still takes a lot of skill.

If you want to see an article, I can show you on my laptop at some point. Although you're not allowed to touch the trackpad, otherwise you might suffer Ichigo's fate.

He tried to look for files that he wasn't supposed to and I slammed the laptop cover on his hands.
