Week 3: Sleepover with Karaoke!

[The weekend is ever-creeping towards them, which means it's time for another gathering -- this time in the newly-accessible second floor, which comes with some of the amenities of the first but better. The soft room is pretty much ideal for this sort of thing, and if there are any windows someone's probably hung a blanket against the void.

Extra kotatsu from long-ago sleepovers have been brought up, there are snacks and drinks scattered amongst the endless blanket nests and pillow forts, and karaoke and the animal cafe are just next door. They can choose to head out for those attractions or bring in the pet animals of the cafe if they'd like. Anything is possible if you believe.]

Did you guys have dorms?

Yup! And before that, we lived at research facility!

A magic research facility?

That's right. Mother was in charge of it. That's where she brought us together and made us special.

[She is not entirely sure she likes where this one is going, Cinque.]

I thought Mother was in charge of your class. [...] What kind of special?

That's why we're Class Zero. Mother made sure of it. [ Then Cinque will tap her chest ] Mother is amazing! She did something so we don't have to use the crystal. Queenie said it had to do with augmenting our souls.

So the -- the research subjects were all of you?

[She'll get to those confusing and presumably somehow magical logistics later. They'll keep, and they'll probably take longer to explain. More importantly... what is with people and experimenting on kids??]

The research was magic and-

[ Oh yeah. That's a secret. Putting a finger over her mouth ]

... Right. Secret stuff.

[It's really. Not that secret. (She just talked about it?? Cinque??) But it's fine, they can pretend for now. If they pretend real hard.]

What about the crystal? Is that secret too?

Everyone knows about the Crystals. Each country gets one of their own.

[ Unless CERTAIN COUNTRIES go around stealing crystals like big dicks. ]
