Week 3: Sleepover with Karaoke!

[The weekend is ever-creeping towards them, which means it's time for another gathering -- this time in the newly-accessible second floor, which comes with some of the amenities of the first but better. The soft room is pretty much ideal for this sort of thing, and if there are any windows someone's probably hung a blanket against the void.

Extra kotatsu from long-ago sleepovers have been brought up, there are snacks and drinks scattered amongst the endless blanket nests and pillow forts, and karaoke and the animal cafe are just next door. They can choose to head out for those attractions or bring in the pet animals of the cafe if they'd like. Anything is possible if you believe.]

Perhaps, but I need no thanks. It was nothing. [ To be honest, he's a little uncomfortable with the idea of being thanked for something so small. He shifts in his seat before trying to change the topic. ] Have you performed yet?

[ There's a pause. ]

It's kind of embarrassing, isn't it? Just singing randomly in front of everyone here like this.

Some would say that's what makes it fun.

[ He'll smile a little. ]

Okay, that makes sense, you don't really seem like that kind of guy.

Me? I'm the kind of person who thinks it can be fun if I'm not the one doing it. Watching it is good enough for me...seeing the smiles on everyone else's faces and see them getting into it is nice.

[ He's definitely sincere about that one. ]

Hm. A noble enough sentiment, though there is a flaw in your reasoning. By trying, you might put a smile on someone else's face. Wouldn't that be worthwhile?

Roxas' imagination then flashes to someone here almost immediately. Yeah, shush. ]

I didn't even think of that. But, I think that's a good point.

[ Raising an eyebrow at that. Is he really that convincing?? He didn't even mean to be. ]

Well, you said that if I joined in I could help put a smile on hi- someone's face. Then I realized it kind of made sense.

[ Or, reality check, he could just end up embarrassing himself. ]

You... could try a private session. You may find it easier to perform with a smaller audience.

[ Roxas looks a little thoughtful at that. Then the image pops into his head, cheeks reddening a little, just imagining how stupid he'd probably look. ]
