FINALE

[And finally, after everything...it's over.
Everything is back to how it should be, once you exit out of the door behind the Waterfall. There are so many Monsters around, all of them excited and running around. Some are wondering what happened - some are just overwhelmed.
But, regardless....they're alive. They're here, after so much time. All of Monsterkind, back where they should be.
And everyone who you've lost...
They're back. They're back.
You have overcome so much. You have suffered through so much, and seen to the other side.
But now, for the first time in a long, long time...
...The Future is truly the brightest it's ever been.
No more pain. Only....forward, into wherever you go from here.
Though there is still so much to fix....there is still, as always...
Hope, and Dreams.
Hold onto those...
....And there's nothing you can't accomplish.]
THE END.

was it guilt?
perhaps that was the case. nevertheless, he's making some rounds in the underground, but mostly staying away from any others, both monsters and agents alike. maybe it's on purpose. maybe it's not. but he can be cornered into talking.
back in the foundation, solomon can be... found at almost any of the sites. mostly there for quick, one day visits, making sure that everything is still in its place. hell, you can even video message him, if you'd like.
he needs the distraction, even if he doesn't really have the time for it. ]

Ah! Doctor! I am glad to see you are in good health!
[ Is she going to keep calling him Doctor, even now? Yes. It's just his name. ]

[ a hug??????? well he didnt expect people to be THAT emotional...but it is flayn, so maybe he shouldn't be surprised.
he hugs her back, albeit a little awkwardly. ]
How have you fared?

Ah, welcome back~!
[Rin sounds strangely... pleasant?
Hm.]

at least a little. ]
Rin, what a pleasure seeing you here. How was your time without me?

[ perhaps a little traumatized, but that too is standard in the foundation. ]

[That it's par for the course.
She's judging?]
I'm glad that you guys were successful, though.

Solomon-san... Could we speak for a bit? There is a lot to speak about, still.

so when he sees nanaka, he gives her a smile. a bit frayed at the ends, but definitely honest. ]
Of course. I was just about to take a break anyways. We can walk together.

[And yes, she sure will keep up with him while she speaks.]
First of all, before anything else... I would like to once again say thank you, for putting your trust in us.
Foundation;
But of course, Gilgamesh was going to appear before him at some point, likely a week or so after getting some time to himself after that which was definitely needed. More than likely when Solomon was inside an office and coincidentally nobody was around. It could be Solomon's personal office or another office at another site. Who knew? But it was an office. ]
Hard at work as always, aren't you, King Solomon?
[ He's come to take his mind off of work. Or so was his intention. ]

[ after all this time, solomon has become all too accustomed to gilgamesh’s mana signature, so when he appears (at the end of a meeting, only minutes after the other attendees had stepped out), he turns around without much surprise.
he glances at him, and smiles. ]
Aren’t you a sight for sore eyes. Thank you for waiting until I was alone, at least.

[ Gilgamesh knew he'd probably be tempted to say something wrong to the company Solomon was in, and though he was causing a wee bit of trouble, the meeting seemed important enough that being an actual detriment to possible positive influence in the organization would be counterproductive. For him, at least.
Things had been stressful enough given their recent activities, anyway. ]
I thought about arriving when you were in the midst of things, but it'd likely prove much more difficult to have you to myself if so, and I'd have to suffer the presence of individuals who weren't worth my time in the slightest.
That said, I see you missed having myself around. Which, of course, is hardly a surprise, considering everything.
[ He'll naturally come closer to the other...not that he was that far away in the first place. ]
